【摘要】:本文研究摩西管柄囊霉Funneliformis mosseae對短期連作3個大豆品種分枝期根系AM真菌群落結(jié)構的影響,旨在探索不同大豆品種與AM真菌在連作土壤中的互作效應。通過向黑農(nóng)44(HN44)、黑農(nóng)48(HN48)和懇豐16(KF16)3個大豆品種盆栽土壤中接種F.mosseae,對接菌連作0年(未連作對照組)、連作1年、連作2年土壤中的大豆根系,采用Nested-Program Control Register-DGGE技術分析。結(jié)果表明,接種F.mosseae后,不同大豆品種根系AM真菌多樣性指數(shù)和豐度值表現(xiàn)為連作2年的土壤連作1年的土壤未連作的土壤;其中,球囊霉屬Glomus和F.mosseae為3個大豆品種根系中AM真菌的優(yōu)勢菌群。接種F.mosseae對連作1年、連作2年3個大豆品種根系AM真菌群落結(jié)構具有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:The effects of Funneliformis mosseae on the community structure of AM fungi in the roots of three soybean varieties at the branching stage were studied. The purpose of this study was to explore the interaction between different soybean varieties and AM fungi in continuous cropping soil. HN48 and KF16) were inoculated with F. mosseae in potted soil of three soybean varieties. The root system of soybean was analyzed by Nested-Program Control Register-DGGE technique. After inoculation with F. mosseae, the diversity index and abundance value of AM fungi in roots of different soybean varieties were as follows: soil with continuous cropping for 2 years and soil without continuous cropping for 1 year; Among them, Glomus and F. mosseae were the dominant flora of AM fungi in the roots of three soybean varieties, and inoculated with F. mosseae for one year. The community structure of AM fungi in the roots of 3 soybean varieties was significantly affected by continuous cropping for 2 years.
