【摘要】:為探索酸化處理對(duì)豬場(chǎng)原水和沼液存儲(chǔ)過(guò)程中溫室氣體(CH_4、N_2O、CO_2)以及NH_3排放的影響,采用濃硫酸酸化處理豬場(chǎng)污水,利用動(dòng)態(tài)箱法在線監(jiān)測(cè)存儲(chǔ)75 d內(nèi)各氣體排放通量。試驗(yàn)分別設(shè)置一個(gè)對(duì)照組和兩個(gè)酸化處理組:原水對(duì)照組p H為6.5(RCK),加酸處理后p H分別為5.1(RT1)和5.7(RT2);沼液對(duì)照組p H為7.8(BCK),加酸處理后p H分別為5.7(BT1)和6.5(BT2)。對(duì)于原水組,RCK、RT1、RT2的CH4排放通量分別為32.2、2.37、3.10 g·m~(-3)·d~(-1),N_2O排放通量分別為336.45、23.36、29.79 mg·m~(-3)·d~(-1),NH_3排放通量分別為1.01、0.82、1.63 g·m~(-3)·d~(-1),CO2排放通量分別為109.14、99.66、110.55 g·m~(-3)·d~(-1),酸化處理顯著降低原水CH_4和N_2O排放量;對(duì)于沼液組,BCK、BT1、BT2的CH_4排放通量分別為0.24、0.86、0.63 g·m~(-3)·d~(-1),N_2O排放通量分別為2.54、73.43、268.66mg·m~(-3)·d~(-1),NH_3排放通量分別為8.02、1.35、1.51 g·m~(-3)·d~(-1),CO_2排放通量分別為48.9、44.3、44.0 g·m~(-3)·d~(-1),酸化沼液顯著增加CH_4和N_2O排放通量,但NH3排放可顯著降低81%~83%,同時(shí)酸化組內(nèi)氨氮含量較對(duì)照組增加40%~54%。根據(jù)CH_4和N_2O在100年尺度上的全球增溫潛勢(shì)計(jì)算各組的綜合溫室效應(yīng),豬場(chǎng)原水酸化后CO_2-eq降低91%~92%,沼液酸化后溫室氣體增加5~11倍。結(jié)果表明:酸化處理原水能夠有效降低溫室氣體排放,而酸化處理沼液則一定程度上增加了溫室氣體排放,但可有效降低NH_3排放,同時(shí)保留沼液中氮養(yǎng)分。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the effect of acidification treatment on greenhouse gas CH4N2OCO2) and NH_3 emission during storage of raw water and biogas liquid from pig farm, the wastewater from pig farm was treated with concentrated sulfuric acid acidification. The flux of each gas was monitored by dynamic tank method for 75 days. One control group and two acidizing treatment groups were set up respectively: the pH of raw water control group was 6.5? After adding acid, pH was 5.1 ~ (-1) and 5.7 ~ (~ (2)) ~ (-1); The pH of the biogas liquid control group was 7.8m BCK1, and the pH of the treated group was 5.7g / BT1 and 6.5g / BT2 respectively. For the raw water group, RCKP / RT1 was obtained. The emission fluxes of CH4 of RT2 were 32.2 ~ 2.37 ~ 3.10 g 路m ~ (-3) 路d ~ (-1) ~ (-1) N _ 2O emission flux of 336.45% ~ 23.36, respectively. The NH3 emission fluxes were 1.01 ~ 0.82 鹵1.63 g 路m ~ (-3) 路d ~ (-1) 路d ~ (-1) 路d ~ (-1) 路d ~ (-1) ~ (-1) 路d ~ (-1) ~ (-1) 路d ~ (-1) ~ (-1) 路d ~ (-1) ~ (-1), respectively. The emission flux of CO2 was 109.14 ~ 99.66 ~ 110.55 g 路m ~ (-1) 路m ~ (-1) 路m ~ (-1) 路m ~ (-1) 路m ~ (-1) 路m ~ (-1) 路m ~ (-1) 路m ~ (2 +) ~ (-1), respectively. The CH_4 fluxes of BT1 / BT2 in biogas waste group were 0.24 ~ 0.86 ~ 0.63 g 路m ~ (-1) 路d ~ (-1) ~ (-1), respectively. The N2O emission fluxes were 2.54 ~ 73.43 ~ 268.66 mg 路m ~ (-3) 路d ~ (2 +) ~ (-1) and NH _ (3) emission fluxes were 8.02 ~ (-1) ~ 1.35, respectively. The emission fluxes of 1.51 g 路m ~ (3) 路d ~ (-1) ~ (-1) C _ (2) were 48.9g 路m ~ (-1) ~ (-3) 路d ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1), respectively, and the emission fluxes were 44.3g 路m ~ (-1) ~ (-1). Acidified biogas liquid significantly increased the flux of CH_4 and N2O, but the emission of NH3 decreased by 81% and 83%. At the same time, the ammonia nitrogen content in the acidified group was increased by 40% and 544.The total Greenhouse Effect of each group was calculated according to the global warming potential of CH_4 and N2O on a 100-year scale. The CO_2-eq of raw water in pig farm decreased by 91% and 92% after acidification, and the greenhouse gas increased by 5 ~ 11 times after acidification of biogas liquid. The results showed that acidified raw water could effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions. However, acidification treatment increased greenhouse gas emissions to some extent, but effectively reduced NH_3 emissions, while retaining nitrogen nutrients in the biogas.
