摘要：

通過分析我國化肥產(chǎn)業(yè)政策對化肥企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、化肥替代技術(shù)研發(fā)機構(gòu)創(chuàng)新和環(huán)境友好農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新機制形成的影響效應(yīng),對我國化肥產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的決策機制、補貼體系、化肥企業(yè)定位和農(nóng)資流通機制改革提出建議,以促進化肥產(chǎn)業(yè)政策改革與環(huán)境友好農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的協(xié)同推進.

Abstract： 

To promote the harmonious development of the policies reform for China's agrochemical industry and environment-friendly agrio-technicai innovation, the article not only analyses the impact of policies for the agrochemical industry on environment-friendly agro-technical innovation, involving the innovation behavior of agrochemical business also proposes some advices on the adjustment of policies and systems from the perspective of innovation in China's agrochemical industry, including the decision-making mechanism of agrochemical industrial policies, its subsidies system, agrochernical business positioning and agricultural funds distribution mechanism reform.
