緊鄰電弧噴涂槍噴嘴產(chǎn)生的噴射尾流對生成涂層的性質(zhì)有著顯著的影響.采用計算流體力學(CFD)和紋影攝影技術(shù)闡明了噴射尾流的性質(zhì).紋影圖像的檢查結(jié)果顯示,尾流的性質(zhì)和寬度取決于用于熱噴涂的絲材的方向.通過CFD方法,觀察到激波在噴嘴孔口之后迅即形成,然后在下游尾流中衰減.
