坑道內(nèi)爆炸沖擊波相似律問題探討

【摘要】:為研究坑道內(nèi)爆炸沖擊波相似律問題,進(jìn)行了不同藥量坑道堵口爆炸實(shí)驗(yàn),并利用ANSYS/LSDYNA軟件對原型坑道與模型坑道爆炸沖擊波進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明:與自由大氣中不同,同一坑道內(nèi)不同藥量爆炸產(chǎn)生的沖擊波不符合爆炸相似律;若原型坑道與模型坑道幾何相似,裝藥量之比為幾何相似比的三次方,則原型坑道與模型坑道內(nèi)爆炸沖擊波符合爆炸相似律;坑道內(nèi)爆炸沖擊波數(shù)值模擬時(shí),若原型坑道與模型坑道網(wǎng)格尺寸符合相應(yīng)的幾何相似比,則沖擊波計(jì)算結(jié)果滿足相似律,當(dāng)坑道截面網(wǎng)格密度為1675~2977時(shí)可以達(dá)到計(jì)算精度要求。
[Abstract]:In order to study the similarity law of explosion shock wave in tunnel, the explosion experiments of tunnel blockage with different amount of charge were carried out, and the shock wave of prototype tunnel and model tunnel was calculated by ANSYS/LSDYNA software. The results show that, different from the free atmosphere, the shock waves produced by the explosion in the same tunnel do not conform to the explosion similarity law, and if the geometry of the prototype tunnel is similar to that of the model tunnel, and the ratio of charge to charge is the cubic power of the geometric similarity ratio, the explosion shock wave in the prototype tunnel and the model tunnel conforms to the explosion similarity law. In the numerical simulation of explosion shock wave in tunnel, if the grid size of prototype tunnel and model tunnel accords with the corresponding geometric similarity ratio, the calculation results of shock wave meet the similarity law, and the calculation accuracy can be met when the grid density of tunnel section is 1675 鈮,
