超音速射流噪聲突變現(xiàn)象的實(shí)驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:在利用"放氣法"測(cè)量噴管的超音速射流噪聲的實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)部分結(jié)構(gòu)噴管產(chǎn)生的射流噪聲大小不是隨著上游壓強(qiáng)的減小而減小,而是在特定壓強(qiáng)點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)突增現(xiàn)象。為了在噴管的設(shè)計(jì)階段就能預(yù)測(cè)其噴流噪聲是否發(fā)生突變,對(duì)兩種結(jié)構(gòu)噴管的射流流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬研究。結(jié)果表明,射流流場(chǎng)的軸線總壓和噪聲聲壓級(jí)存在強(qiáng)相關(guān)性,可將流場(chǎng)總壓的變化作為噪聲是否突變的判據(jù)。因此,在設(shè)計(jì)噴管時(shí)對(duì)其射流流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行仿真研究,就可預(yù)測(cè)其噪聲突變現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生。
[Abstract]:In the experimental process of measuring supersonic jet noise of nozzle by "exhaust method", it is found that the jet noise produced by some structural nozzles does not decrease with the decrease of upstream pressure, but increases suddenly at specific pressure points. In order to predict the sudden change of jet noise in the design stage of nozzle, the jet flow field of two kinds of nozzle is studied by experiment and numerical simulation. The results show that there is a strong correlation between the total axial pressure and the noise sound pressure level of the jet flow field, and the change of the total pressure of the flow field can be used as a criterion for the sudden change of noise. Therefore, the sudden change of noise can be predicted by simulating the jet flow field in the design of nozzle.
