基于變換方法的索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)波傳播控制研究

【摘要】:索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)具有尺寸大、質(zhì)量輕、可展開等特點,已應(yīng)用于大型空間展開天線等結(jié)構(gòu)中.本文開展了基于變換方法的索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)波傳播控制研究.首先將索網(wǎng)均勻化為等效薄膜,建立了可描述索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)波傳播規(guī)律的均勻化等效波動方程.等效波動方程的形式與薄膜波動方程的形式相同,等效質(zhì)量和剛度由網(wǎng)格構(gòu)型、幾何參數(shù)和材料參數(shù)決定.對于張緊力均勻分布的正三角形、正方形和正六邊形網(wǎng)格,等效質(zhì)量和剛度均為各向同性.根據(jù)該波動方程,利用坐標變換方法給出預(yù)定波傳播方式下所需的材料參數(shù)空間分布.將所得連續(xù)材料參數(shù)分布離散化,設(shè)計相應(yīng)的索網(wǎng)微結(jié)構(gòu),從而實現(xiàn)索網(wǎng)中可控的波傳播形式.基于壓縮變換、白洞變換和魚眼透鏡等功能化設(shè)計,數(shù)值驗證了方法的有效性.本文所提出的索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的變換方法,為大型空間索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的振動控制提供了一定的理論指導(dǎo).
[Abstract]:The cable network structure has the characteristics of large size, light weight, expandable and so on, and has been used in large space expansion antenna and other structures. In this paper, the wave propagation control of cable network structure based on transformation method is studied. Firstly, the cable net is uniformly transformed into equivalent thin film, and the homogenization equivalent wave equation which can describe the wave propagation law of cable net structure is established. The form of equivalent wave equation is the same as that of thin film wave equation. The equivalent mass and stiffness are determined by grid configuration, geometric parameters and material parameters. For triangular, square and hexagonal grids with uniform tensile force, the equivalent mass and stiffness are isotropic. According to the wave equation, the spatial distribution of material parameters under predetermined wave propagation mode is given by coordinate transformation method. The parameter distribution of the continuous material is discretized and the corresponding microstructure of the cable network is designed, so as to realize the controllable wave propagation form in the cable network. Based on the functional design of compression transformation, white hole transformation and fish-eye lens, the effectiveness of the method is verified by numerical value. The transformation method of cable network structure proposed in this paper provides some theoretical guidance for vibration control of large space cable network structure.
