三種形狀肋條減阻特性與機理研究

【摘要】:為了探究不同形狀肋條的減阻特性的差異及其機理,本文采用CFD軟件對V形肋條、間隔三角形肋條以及刀刃形肋條三種比較典型的肋條進行數(shù)值計算。通過改變肋條的h/s(肋高與肋間距之比)值,選取常見的h/s=0.5和h/s=1兩種比值,探索其對肋條減阻的影響規(guī)律;從肋條表面切應力、近壁區(qū)湍動能等方面分析了上述三種肋條減阻效果差異的原因。研究結果表明:不同形狀的肋條的底部都存在大面積的低阻力區(qū),這是肋條能夠減阻的共同原因。低阻力區(qū)受壁面高度影響,當肋條高度增加,低阻力區(qū)摩擦阻力減小。在肋條突出頂部存在高于平板切應力的高阻力區(qū),肋條減阻效果主要決定于該區(qū)域的大小.并且,該高阻力區(qū)與湍動能密切相關,通過對湍流的分析即可判斷不同肋條高阻力區(qū)的摩擦強度。
