微液滴制備及其在靜止流體中的浮升過程

【摘要】:采用自制微流控共軸流裝置制備出粒徑d_p=100~600μm且球形度良好的單一粒徑微液滴,對大豆油及甲苯兩種微液滴在靜止流體中的浮升過程和速度進(jìn)行了研究.結(jié)果表明,生成液滴的粒徑d_p主要由微通道錐口直徑Dt(40~450μm)確定;既定錐口直徑下,液滴粒徑隨連續(xù)相流量Q_c增大穩(wěn)定減小,而增加分散相流量只改變液滴產(chǎn)生頻率(生成顆粒群),對粒徑影響微弱,建立了d_p與Q_c的關(guān)聯(lián)式,關(guān)聯(lián)度大于0.99.由于表面張力作用導(dǎo)致微液滴具有彈性球行為,微液滴的液滴阻力系數(shù)C_D與雷諾數(shù)Re的關(guān)系與剛性顆粒一致;因尾流效應(yīng)顆粒群中各顆粒在交替追趕中前行,導(dǎo)致顆粒群浮升速度高于單顆粒,顆粒群比單顆粒浮升速度高約30%.
[Abstract]:Single particle size microdroplets with diameter of 100 ~ 600 渭 m and good sphericity were prepared by a self-made microfluidic co-axial flow device. The floating process and velocity of soybean oil and toluene microdroplets in stationary fluid were studied. The results show that the diameter of the droplets is mainly determined by the microchannel cone diameter Dt (40 ~ 450 渭 m). Under the given cone diameter, the droplet diameter decreases steadily with the increase of the continuous phase flow rate, while the increase of the dispersed phase flow rate only changes the droplet generation frequency (forming particle group), which has a weak influence on the particle size. The correlation between d _ (p) and Q _ (c) is established, and the correlation between d _ (p) and Q _ (c) is established. The correlation degree is more than 0.999. Because of the effect of surface tension, the drop resistance coefficient C _ (?) D and Reynolds number (Re) are consistent with the rigid particles due to the elastic spherical behavior of the droplets. Due to the wake effect, the floating speed of the particles in the particle group is higher than that of the single particle, and the floating speed of the particle group is about 30% higher than that of the single particle.
