荷葉在水下的超疏水狀態(tài)的壽命測試與分析

【摘要】:水下超疏水現(xiàn)象在金屬防腐蝕保護、減阻和防止水下污垢等方面具有重要的應用價值.水下超疏水狀態(tài)的壽命是制約超疏水材料在水下應用的重要因素.本文通過連續(xù)記錄超疏水界面處反射光光強變化測試了荷葉在不同水深下的超疏水狀態(tài)的壽命.荷葉在水下的潤濕狀態(tài)隨時間變化可分為3個階段:非潤濕階段、部分潤濕階段、完全潤濕階段.非潤濕階段持續(xù)的時間即是水下超疏水狀態(tài)的壽命,隨水深的升高呈指數下降,在水深高于毛細力所能抵抗的極限深度時壽命又進一步縮短.氣液界面的穩(wěn)定依靠毛細力產生的懸掛力和空氣內部壓力共同維持.提高毛細力所能抵抗的極限水深可以使超疏水材料在更深的水域下得到應用.
[Abstract]:The underwater superhydrophobic phenomenon has important application value in metal corrosion protection, drag reduction and underwater fouling prevention. The life span of underwater superhydrophobic state is an important factor restricting the application of superhydrophobic material under water. The life span of lotus leaf in the superhydrophobic state at different water depths was measured by continuously recording the change of reflected light intensity at the superhydrophobic interface. The wetting state of lotus leaves under water with time can be divided into three stages: non-wetting stage, partial wetting stage and complete wetting stage. The duration of the non-wetting stage is the life of the underwater superhydrophobic state, which decreases exponentially with the increase of the water depth, and shortens further when the water depth is higher than the limit depth which can be resisted by the capillary force. The stability of the gas-liquid interface is maintained by the suspended force produced by the capillary force and the internal pressure of the air. The ultra-hydrophobic material can be used in deeper waters by increasing the limit water depth of capillary resistance.
