大厚度鋼板不同取樣方向下的CTOD韌性研究

【摘要】:裂紋尖端張開(kāi)位移(CTOD)是彈塑性斷裂力學(xué)中重要參數(shù),其大小直接反映了材料裂紋尖端抗開(kāi)裂的能力,作為大厚度鋼板低溫?cái)嗔秧g性的主要評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一,應(yīng)用廣泛。本文在深入研究各規(guī)范對(duì)CTOD實(shí)驗(yàn)試樣取樣方向的規(guī)定后,依據(jù)規(guī)范BS7448:Part1:1991和API RP 2Z對(duì)某鋼廠100mm厚API 2W Gr 60鋼母材及熱處理后母材進(jìn)行-10℃、兩種取樣方式下的CTOD實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明所有試樣實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果均滿(mǎn)足規(guī)范驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但熱處理降低了材料的韌性。對(duì)比不同取樣方向下的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,發(fā)現(xiàn)厚鋼板母材中裂紋尖端在厚度方向上的抗開(kāi)裂能力小于其在晶粒流動(dòng)方向上的抗開(kāi)裂能力,而在熱處理后母材中表現(xiàn)正好相反,為CTOD實(shí)驗(yàn)中合理選取試樣取樣方向提供參考。
