流固兩相流的稀疏離散相模型研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:流固兩相流中稀疏離散相廣泛存在于化工、儲(chǔ)運(yùn)、分離等工程實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,其復(fù)雜的湍流運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律的描述是目前兩相流研究的熱點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)之一。對(duì)流固兩相流中稀疏離散相模型的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了綜述和分析,從離散相軌道模型的理論依據(jù)、建模過程、數(shù)值模擬方法以及應(yīng)用情況等幾個(gè)方面詳細(xì)地分析了離散相既定軌道模型、隨機(jī)軌道模型、改進(jìn)隨機(jī)軌道模型等模型,并針對(duì)離散相和連續(xù)相間的相互耦合關(guān)系進(jìn)行了闡述,進(jìn)而對(duì)相應(yīng)的模型進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià);并指出離散相軌道模型目前存在的問題和今后發(fā)展的方向,對(duì)連續(xù)相脈動(dòng)速度進(jìn)行隨機(jī)處理提出基于隨機(jī)Fourier級(jí)數(shù)描述離散相合力的改進(jìn)隨機(jī)軌道模型,從而較好地描述離散相的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,同時(shí)結(jié)合考慮兩相耦合的方法建立兩相流的全耦合振動(dòng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,可全面、系統(tǒng)地描述流固兩相流中稀疏離散相的運(yùn)動(dòng)特征,為流固兩相流中稀疏離散相模型的深入發(fā)展提供前期基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The sparse discrete phase in fluid-solid two-phase flow is widely used in chemical engineering, storage and transportation, separation and other engineering applications. The description of complex turbulent motion law is one of the hot and difficult points in the research of two-phase flow. The development of sparse discrete phase model in convection-solid two-phase flow is summarized and analyzed. The numerical simulation method and its application are analyzed in detail, such as discrete phase established orbit model, random orbit model, improved stochastic orbit model and so on, and the coupling relationship between discrete phase and continuous phase is expounded. Then the corresponding model is evaluated. The problems existing in the discrete phase orbit model and the future development direction are pointed out. An improved stochastic orbit model based on stochastic Fourier series to describe the discrete phase force is proposed for the stochastic treatment of the continuous phase pulsation velocity. Thus, the motion law of discrete phase can be described well, and the fully coupled vibration dynamic model of two-phase flow can be established by considering two-phase coupling method. The motion characteristics of sparse discrete phase in fluid-solid two-phase flow can be described comprehensively and systematically. It provides the foundation for the further development of sparse discrete phase model in fluid-solid two-phase flow.
