基于交互模式的柔性體接觸碰撞動力學建模方法

【摘要】:目前對于任意形狀的柔性體接觸碰撞問題,一般采用有限元離散,通用的建模方法有兩類:罰函數(shù)法和附加約束法.罰函數(shù)法將接觸作用視為彈簧阻尼力元,無需求解約束方程,但依賴于碰撞力參數(shù)的選取;附加約束法可嚴格滿足接觸約束條件,但數(shù)值求解更為復雜.針對兩類接觸模型各自的優(yōu)缺點,提出基于交互模式的建模方法.該方法將整個模型分為局部靜力學模塊和主體動力學模塊,在每個積分步內,局部靜力學模塊求解接觸力,主體動力學模塊求解運動學變量,兩個模型之間進行位移和力的交互.該方法綜合了附加約束法和罰函數(shù)法各自的優(yōu)點,既無需人為選取碰撞參數(shù),又滿足局部區(qū)域互不嵌入的約束條件,同時數(shù)值求解方便.通過桿-板碰撞的實驗算例及滑塊-滑槽多點碰撞的數(shù)值算例,驗證了該方法的有效性.
[Abstract]:At present, the finite element method is generally used to discretize the contact collision problem of flexible body with arbitrary shape. There are two kinds of general modeling methods: penalty function method and additional constraint method. The penalty function method regards the contact action as spring damping force element, which does not need to solve the constraint equation, but depends on the selection of collision force parameters. The additional constraint method can strictly satisfy the contact constraint condition, but the numerical solution is more complicated. Aiming at the merits and demerits of the two kinds of contact models, a modeling method based on interaction pattern is proposed. In this method, the whole model is divided into local statics module and main body dynamics module. In each integral step, the local statics module solves the contact force and the main body dynamics module solves the kinematics variable. The displacement and force are interacted between the two models. This method combines the advantages of the additional constraint method and the penalty function method, and not only does not need to choose the collision parameters artificially, but also satisfies the constraint conditions of non-embedding in the local region. At the same time, the numerical solution is convenient. The effectiveness of the method is verified by the experimental examples of rod-plate collisions and the numerical examples of sliding-chute multi-point collisions.
