蹦床網(wǎng)面力學(xué)性能的實(shí)驗(yàn)和數(shù)值研究

【摘要】:對(duì)國(guó)際蹦床比賽所用的彈性網(wǎng)面進(jìn)行了力學(xué)性能測(cè)試分析研究。首先對(duì)網(wǎng)面進(jìn)行靜態(tài)加載,得到網(wǎng)面不同網(wǎng)格處的荷載-垂直位移曲線,求得了不同網(wǎng)格處的垂直剛度系數(shù)和1/4網(wǎng)面的垂直剛度分布方程;再用ABAQUS軟件對(duì)蹦床網(wǎng)面進(jìn)行模擬,結(jié)合靜載數(shù)據(jù)反分析得到網(wǎng)面的等效彈性模量。結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于整個(gè)網(wǎng)面,網(wǎng)格越到中間,垂直剛度系數(shù)越小,即網(wǎng)面中間區(qū)域最軟,越到邊上區(qū)域網(wǎng)面越硬;位移和應(yīng)力從網(wǎng)面中央向四周逐漸減小,而在對(duì)角線上較大,并且網(wǎng)面邊緣存在應(yīng)力集中;根據(jù)等效彈性模量計(jì)算得到的網(wǎng)面中心的荷載-垂直位移曲線與實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)吻合較好。研究結(jié)果可作為運(yùn)動(dòng)員提高技術(shù)水平和進(jìn)行彈跳技術(shù)理論分析的數(shù)據(jù)支撐。
[Abstract]:The mechanical properties of elastic mesh used in international trampoline competition were studied. Firstly, the load-vertical displacement curve of different mesh is obtained by static loading, and the vertical stiffness coefficient of different mesh and the vertical stiffness distribution equation of 1 / 4 mesh are obtained. ABAQUS software is used to simulate the trampoline mesh surface, and the equivalent elastic modulus of the trampoline surface is obtained by back analysis of static load data. The results show that for the whole mesh, the more meshes to the middle, the smaller the vertical stiffness coefficient, that is, the softest in the middle area and the harder in the edge area. The displacement and stress decrease gradually from the center to the periphery of the mesh, but are larger in the diagonal line, and the stress concentration exists in the edge of the mesh, and the load-vertical displacement curve of the center of the mesh calculated according to the equivalent elastic modulus is in good agreement with the experimental data. The results can be used as data support for athletes to improve their technical level and to carry out theoretical analysis of jumping technology.
