【摘要】：為了強化瓢型擺振槽在擺振時物料顆粒的偏析效果,以三維離散元法為手段,選用塑料球和鋼球的二元干顆粒,依次對光槽時單獨擺振、光槽時組合擺振、添加凸起槽時組合擺振3種情況顆粒偏析過程進行離散元模擬研究,并以顆粒體積分?jǐn)?shù)為評判標(biāo)準(zhǔn),且結(jié)合模擬偏析云圖,進行顆粒偏析效果評價。結(jié)果表明:組合擺振強于單獨擺振的偏析效果;添加凸起槽強于光槽分層效果;相較于光槽時單獨擺振,添加凸起槽時組合擺振時顆粒的偏析程度可提高10%~15%。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the segregation effect of the material particles in the ladle shaker, by means of three-dimensional discrete element method, the binary dry particles of plastic ball and steel ball are selected, and the single shimmy and the combined shimmy of the light cell are selected in turn. The particle segregation process is simulated by discrete element method when adding convex groove, and the particle segregation effect is evaluated according to the particle volume fraction and the simulated segregation cloud diagram. The results show that the segregation effect of combined shimmy is stronger than that of single shimmy, the stratification effect of adding raised slot is stronger than that of light slot, and the segregation degree of particles with combined shimmy can be increased by 10% and 1515% compared with that of light slot alone.
