我國微細(xì)氣泡技術(shù)發(fā)展綜述

【摘要】:微細(xì)氣泡有很多優(yōu)異性能,如比表面積大、停留時(shí)間長、界面ζ電位高、自身增壓溶解、產(chǎn)生自由基、強(qiáng)化傳質(zhì)效率等,目前在國內(nèi)外得到廣泛應(yīng)用.我國在膠片制作、醫(yī)學(xué)、浮選、污水處理、采油及冶金工業(yè)等方面也有應(yīng)用,特別是將微氣泡用于強(qiáng)化釩渣氧化浸出,在常壓反應(yīng)條件下釩和鉻的轉(zhuǎn)化率可分別達(dá)90%和85%以上,并已成功用于萬噸級(jí)全濕法釩渣清潔生產(chǎn)示范工程.與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,我國的微細(xì)氣泡技術(shù)缺乏系統(tǒng)性,微細(xì)氣泡發(fā)生器的研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)仍是薄弱環(huán)節(jié).建議有關(guān)組織建立相應(yīng)的學(xué)/協(xié)會(huì)或工作委員會(huì),以有效推動(dòng)微細(xì)氣泡技術(shù)在我國的研發(fā)和應(yīng)用,助力中國制造業(yè)升級(jí).對國際微細(xì)氣泡技術(shù)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作也作了簡單介紹.
[Abstract]:Micro bubbles have many excellent properties, such as large specific surface area, long residence time, high Zeta potential, self-pressurized dissolution, free radical production, enhanced mass transfer efficiency and so on, which have been widely used at home and abroad. There are also applications in film production, medicine, flotation, sewage treatment, oil extraction and metallurgical industry in China, especially in the application of microbubbles to enhance oxidation leaching of vanadium slag. The conversion rates of vanadium and chromium can reach more than 90% and 85% respectively under the atmospheric pressure reaction conditions, and have been successfully used in the demonstration project of clean production of ten thousand tonnage total wet process vanadium slag. Compared with the developed countries, the micro bubble technology in our country is lack of systematization, and the research and production of the micro bubble generator is still weak. It is suggested that relevant organizations should set up corresponding science / association or working committee in order to effectively promote the research and application of micro bubble technology in China and help the upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry. The international fine bubble technology and standardization work are also briefly introduced.
