【摘要】：為提高含裂紋壓電柔性臂在斷裂分析中的求解精度,基于壓電材料斷裂力學(xué)理論,建立了壓電柔性臂的力學(xué)分析模型。將描述裂紋尖端奇異性的位移場(chǎng)函數(shù)和電場(chǎng)函數(shù)引入到傳統(tǒng)無(wú)網(wǎng)格伽遼金法中,提出了力電耦合擴(kuò)展無(wú)網(wǎng)格伽遼金法。與傳統(tǒng)無(wú)網(wǎng)格伽遼金法相比,本方法只需要較小的影響域來(lái)描述裂尖奇異場(chǎng),并且節(jié)點(diǎn)影響域不會(huì)被裂紋線影響,不要可視準(zhǔn)則和衍射準(zhǔn)則,提高了計(jì)算精度。由虛擬裂紋閉合法推導(dǎo)了壓電材料能量釋放率,討論了不同高斯點(diǎn)密度對(duì)強(qiáng)計(jì)算結(jié)果的影響。與解析解、有限元法的計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較,在高斯點(diǎn)個(gè)數(shù)為6×6時(shí),擴(kuò)展無(wú)網(wǎng)格伽遼金法的計(jì)算誤差為1.88%,明顯好于有限元的計(jì)算誤差2.5%。數(shù)值算例結(jié)果表明本方法具有較高的計(jì)算精度。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the accuracy of solving the fracture analysis of a cracked piezoelectric flexible arm, a mechanical analysis model of the piezoelectric flexible arm is established based on the theory of fracture mechanics of piezoelectric materials. The displacement field function and electric field function describing the singularity of crack tip are introduced into the traditional meshless Galerkin method, and the electromechanical coupled extended meshless Galerkin method is proposed. Compared with the traditional meshless Galerkin method, this method only needs a small influence domain to describe the crack tip singular field, and the node influence domain is not affected by the crack line. The energy release rate of piezoelectric materials is derived from the virtual crack closure method, and the effect of different Gao Si point density on the strength calculation results is discussed. Compared with the analytical solution, the result of the finite element method is better than that of the finite element method at the number of Gao Si points is 6 脳 6, and the calculation error of the extended meshless Galerkin method is 1.88, which is better than that of the finite element method. Numerical examples show that this method has high accuracy.
