空間主動隔振系統(tǒng)的臍帶線剛度測試裝置

【摘要】:空間站上的主動隔振系統(tǒng)是微重力試驗(yàn)的有效保障。作為幫助實(shí)現(xiàn)供電和數(shù)據(jù)通信功能的臍帶線,是主動隔振平臺主要的擾動傳遞路徑。為了測試臍帶線的剛度,并選出最優(yōu)的臍帶線設(shè)計(jì)方案,設(shè)計(jì)了一套臍帶線剛度測試裝置,介紹了其硬件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、軟件模型。該測試系統(tǒng)主要由六維組合平臺、六維力和力矩傳感器、控制器、Lab VIEW軟件等組成?刂破黩(qū)動六維組合平臺移動和轉(zhuǎn)動,傳感器采集力和力矩值,用Lab VIEW軟件通信并存儲數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用Matlab進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,得出臍帶線6×6的剛度矩陣,從而對臍帶線纜剛度的理論研究提供實(shí)驗(yàn)支持。
[Abstract]:The active vibration isolation system on the space station is an effective guarantee for microgravity test. As the umbilical cord which helps to realize the function of power supply and data communication, it is the main path of disturbance transmission for the active vibration isolation platform. In order to test the stiffness of cord line and select the optimal design scheme of cord line, a set of testing device of cord line stiffness is designed, and its hardware structure design and software model are introduced. The test system is mainly composed of six dimensional platform, six dimensional force and torque sensors, and controller LabLab VIEW software. The controller drives the movement and rotation of the six-dimensional composite platform, the sensor collects the force and torque values, communicates and stores the data with Lab VIEW software, and processes the data by using Matlab. The stiffness matrix of the cord line 6 脳 6 is obtained. Therefore, it provides experimental support for the theoretical study of cord stiffness.
