運(yùn)動裝藥空中爆炸沖擊波特性研究

【摘要】:利用AUTODYN對不同速度裝藥的空中爆炸沖擊波場進(jìn)行數(shù)值計算,定量研究運(yùn)動裝藥空中爆炸沖擊波場特性。仿真結(jié)果表明:裝藥速度對沖擊波場的時空分布有較大影響,爆炸初期沖擊波場的移動速度和位移與裝藥速度正相關(guān);動爆沖擊波場為空間非均勻分布,超壓值隨著與裝藥運(yùn)動方向夾角的增大近似呈余弦變化,由大于靜爆超壓值逐漸降低為小于靜爆超壓值,且變化幅度均隨裝藥速度的增加而增大。最后,分析了動爆與靜爆沖擊波場的關(guān)聯(lián)特性,建立了動爆沖擊波超壓的工程計算模型,模型計算結(jié)果與動爆試驗結(jié)果及仿真計算結(jié)果吻合較好。
[Abstract]:The shock wave field of air explosion with different velocity charge was numerically calculated by AUTODYN, and the characteristics of air blast shock wave field of sports charge were quantitatively studied. The simulation results show that the charge velocity has a great influence on the space-time distribution of the shock wave field, the moving velocity and displacement of the shock wave field are positively correlated with the charge velocity at the initial stage of explosion, and the dynamic blast wave field is distributed inhomogeneously in space. The overpressure value changes approximately with the increase of the angle between the charge direction and the charge direction, and decreases gradually from the value greater than the static detonation overpressure to the value less than the static detonation overpressure, and the range of change increases with the increase of charge speed. Finally, the correlation characteristics between the dynamic explosion and the static blast wave field are analyzed, and the engineering calculation model of the dynamic explosion shock wave overpressure is established. The calculated results are in good agreement with the dynamic explosion test results and the simulation results.
