繞流線型回轉(zhuǎn)體通氣兩相流動(dòng)的非定常特性

【摘要】:為深入了解通氣兩相流的流場結(jié)構(gòu)及水動(dòng)力特性,在循環(huán)水洞中利用高速全流場顯示技術(shù)及六分力天平測量技術(shù),對繞流線型回轉(zhuǎn)體通氣兩相流動(dòng)的非定常特性進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究.結(jié)果表明:彈身區(qū)域流場呈均勻分布的水氣兩相混合狀態(tài),流動(dòng)穩(wěn)定,非定常特性不明顯;尾部區(qū)域流場較為紊亂,非定常特性明顯,尾部空泡渦的周期性脫落引起模型阻力系數(shù)出現(xiàn)周期性脈動(dòng)現(xiàn)象.繞流線型回轉(zhuǎn)體通氣兩相流動(dòng)的非定常特性與雷諾數(shù)及通氣率有關(guān).通氣率的增加可降低由于尾部空泡渦的脫落而引起的阻力系數(shù)的波動(dòng)幅度,而對尾部渦的脫落頻率無明顯影響;隨著雷諾數(shù)的增加,由于尾部空泡渦的脫落而引起的阻力系數(shù)的波動(dòng)幅度減小,尾部渦的脫落頻率增加.
[Abstract]:In order to understand the flow field structure and hydrodynamic characteristics of aerated two-phase flow, high-speed full-flow field display technique and six-component force balance measurement technique are used in circulating water tunnel. The unsteady characteristics of the aerated two-phase flow around the streamline rotary body are studied experimentally. The results show that the flow field in the projectile body is uniformly distributed in the mixture of water and gas, the flow is stable and the unsteady characteristic is not obvious. In the tail region, the flow field is disordered, and the unsteady characteristic is obvious. The periodic shedding of the tail cavitation vortex causes the periodic pulsation of the model resistance coefficient. The unsteady characteristics of the two-phase flow around the streamline rotary body are related to the Reynolds number and the ventilation rate. The increase of the ventilation rate can be reduced by the increase of the aeration rate. The amplitude of the drag coefficient caused by the falling off of the tail cavitation vortex, With the increase of Reynolds number, the fluctuation amplitude of drag coefficient caused by the shedding of tail cavitation vortex decreases, and the shedding frequency of tail vortex increases.
