【摘要】:基于FDM工藝,實驗研究了不同分層高度對3D打印制品力學性能和表面質(zhì)量的影響。結(jié)果表明:一定范圍內(nèi),隨著分層高度的增加,制品拉伸強度逐漸降低,而斷裂伸長率則逐漸升高;在成型方向上,隨著分層高度的增加,表面粗糙度增加,同時沉積層的表面輪廓由三角形逐漸向半圓形過渡,而垂直于成型方向的輪廓線,無明顯尺寸精度變化,表明與分層高度相關(guān)性較小。
[Abstract]:Based on the FDM process, the effects of different layer height on the mechanical properties and surface quality of 3D printing products were investigated experimentally. The results show that within a certain range, with the increase of height, tensile strength decreased, and elongation increased gradually; in the forming direction, stratified as the height increases, the surface roughness increases, and the surface profile of the sediment layer by the triangle gradually to the semicircle transition, and perpendicular to the direction of the contour forming no obvious changes in size, precision, and show that the stratification height correlation is low.
