基于VB程序設計的選煤廠主要設備效果測評系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:近幾年,煤炭加工企業(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴大的趨勢十分明顯,各類大型設備不斷投入現場運行,同時選煤廠是一種典型的流程式、各工藝環(huán)節(jié)環(huán)環(huán)相扣的加工企業(yè),一臺設備的故障可能導致大量的連鎖反應,最終影響產品質量,F場技術人員難以及時、全面、準確的掌握各環(huán)節(jié)設備的工作現狀和設備動態(tài),無法及時發(fā)現問題,不利于科學管理。 本文在選煤設備單機檢查的基礎上,采用VB語言程序對主要設備的效果測評進行系統(tǒng)設計。該系統(tǒng)主要包括以下環(huán)節(jié):重介、磁選、脫水及濃縮。主要針對的設備有旋流器、磁選機、加壓過濾機、濃縮機,并進一步對以上設備開展效果測評。效果測評系統(tǒng)針對旋流器這一重介設備的測評過程,主要采用過程分析法,利用多環(huán)節(jié)如分配率及其曲線繪制、錯配物及其曲線繪制、可選性曲線繪制過程中的多個指標逐步實現其效能指標的可視化;對于磁選、脫水、濃縮三個環(huán)節(jié),分別選取磁選機、加壓過濾機、濃縮機三臺設備,采用綜合分析法,結合多個指標對相應設備進行效能分析。在以上四個環(huán)節(jié)的結束部分都設有效果分析的功能鍵,點擊即可了解這一環(huán)節(jié)設備工作效果的測評情況。在系統(tǒng)的結束部分設有綜合分析環(huán)節(jié),這一環(huán)節(jié)將上下游相關聯(lián)設備的效果測評數據進行整合,結合預設指標的判斷方式,給出相應分析結論。主要結論如下: (1)旋流器Ep值為0.116;數量效率值為98.15%;δ0.1為17.95%(中等可選);分選密度δp1下錯配物總量m0為5.257%,,等誤密度δe1下的錯配物總量m0為4.976%。旋流器分選精度的Ep值明顯偏高,錯配物含量較高,旋流器分選精度低; (2)磁選機磁選效率為83.37%,磁性物回收率為84.08%,混入精礦中煤泥占入料煤泥量為0.71%。磁選機磁選精度較高,但是分選效果不佳,有大量的磁性物隨尾礦流失; (3)脫水效率為78.01%,產品水分為20.21%,整體指標較為合理。但濾液水濃度24.59g/L,明顯偏高。同時結合小篩分曲線分析,濾餅中粗顆粒物料比例較大,大量細粒物料進入濾液,應注意濾機濾板及濾布的維護與更換; (4)濃縮機濃縮效率96.33%、底流固體物回收率為99.46%,溢流水濃度為0.13g/L,濃縮機整體工作情況良好; 本系統(tǒng)利用系統(tǒng)層次分析法,將選煤廠各主要設備歸入相應的環(huán)節(jié)模塊,設計更為直觀的試驗結果呈現方式,實現龐雜數據的自動整合計算,并最終生成報表,解決了選煤廠設備定期單機檢查試驗數據繁巨,難以處理,同時計算準確性不高,難以指導現場操作的難題,為精細化檢修提供了依據。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the expanding trend of coal processing enterprises is obvious , and various large - scale equipment are continuously put into the field operation , and meanwhile , the coal preparation plant is a typical process type , and the fault of one equipment can lead to a large number of chain reactions and finally influence the product quality .

On the basis of single - machine inspection of coal - selecting equipment , the system design is carried out by using VB language program to evaluate the effectiveness of main equipment . The system mainly includes the following steps : heavy - dielectric , magnetic separation , dewatering and concentration . The main aim of this system is cyclone , magnetic separator , pressure filter and thickener .
For the three links of magnetic separation , dehydration and concentration , three equipment of magnetic separator , pressure filter and thickener are selected respectively , and the performance analysis of the corresponding equipment is carried out by means of comprehensive analysis method . At the end of the above four links , the function keys of effect analysis are set up , and the evaluation of the work effect of the equipment in this link will be understood . At the end of the system , the evaluation data of the effect of the equipment in the upstream and downstream are integrated , and the corresponding analysis conclusion is given in combination with the judgment mode of the preset index . The main conclusions are as follows :

( 1 ) the value of swirler is 0.116 ;
the quantity efficiency value is 98.15 % ;
未0.1 is 17.95 % ( medium optional ) ;
The total amount of mismatch in the separation density 未p1 is 5.257 % , and the total amount of the mismatch in the equal error density 未e1 is 4.976 % . The value of the separation precision of the cyclone is obviously higher , the content of the mismatch is high , and the separation accuracy of the cyclone is low ;


( 2 ) the magnetic separation efficiency of the magnetic separator is 83.37 % , the recovery rate of the magnetic substance is 84.08 % , the coal slime mixed in the concentrate accounts for 0.71 % of the coal slime amount , the magnetic separation precision of the magnetic separator is high , but the separation effect is poor , and a large amount of magnetic substances are lost with the tailings ;


( 3 ) The dehydration efficiency is 78.01 % , the water content of the product is 20.21 % , the whole index is reasonable , but the water concentration of the filtrate is 24.59g / L , which is obviously higher .


( 4 ) the concentration efficiency of the thickener is 96.33 % , the recovery rate of the underflow solids is 99.46 % , the overflow water concentration is 0.13 g / L , and the overall working condition of the thickener is good ;


According to the system level analysis method , each main equipment of the coal preparation plant is integrated into the corresponding link module , the design is more intuitive test result presentation mode , the automatic integration calculation of the complex data is realized , and the report is finally generated , so that the problem that the data is large and difficult to handle is solved , and meanwhile , the calculation accuracy is low , and the problem that the field operation is difficult to be guided is difficult to be guided , and the basis is provided for fine maintenance .
