摘要：

選取某汽車《維修手冊》為案例，在分析其語言、項目、格式特點及其在術(shù)語、風(fēng)格等方面易出現(xiàn)的問題的基礎(chǔ)上，探討計算機輔助翻譯在機械工程文檔中的翻譯流程和功能。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)：計算機輔助翻譯能充分發(fā)揮人和軟件的各自優(yōu)勢，，細(xì)化翻譯流程，明確每個環(huán)節(jié)的任務(wù)；并能通過相應(yīng)的操作工具，使翻譯項目管理變得有章可循，有法可依，從而有效地提高翻譯質(zhì)量和效率。

Abstract： 

This paper makes an analysis of the requirements and fulfillment of language, format, terminology, text style and teamwork coordination for computer-aided mechanics literature translation, using an automobile service manual translation as a case study. CAT technology maximizes human and machine capacities by defining stage tasks to human and software parties according to strength of each and controlling the translation progress to avoid terminology inconsistency and achieve style decency effectively. Large size translation projects are thus controllable and translation quality and efficiency expectable.
