    本文在對(duì)上鋼五廠750初軋機(jī)工作機(jī)座進(jìn)行實(shí)測(cè)的基礎(chǔ)上,首次對(duì)橫向振動(dòng)問題做了探討性的分析,并在分析一系列外擾因素之后,找出其主要外擾因素,即突加(突卸)荷載的橫向分量和壓下系統(tǒng)的不平衡質(zhì)量。提出了從避振觀點(diǎn)來選擇壓下裝置的機(jī)電系統(tǒng)的必要性,并對(duì)750初軋機(jī)工作機(jī)座提出改進(jìn)措施。

    冷軋廠酸洗機(jī)組在試生產(chǎn)5.5~6.0mm厚的鋼板時(shí),碎邊剪經(jīng)常發(fā)生堵轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象,影響了該規(guī)格鋼板的正常生產(chǎn)。本文通過建立斜刀圓盤剪的剪切力學(xué)模型,對(duì)其力能參數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算驗(yàn)證,,并采用機(jī)械系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的理論進(jìn)行定性分析,指出了發(fā)生堵轉(zhuǎn)的根本原因,證明了原設(shè)計(jì)的不合理性,為設(shè)計(jì)更改方案提供了理論依據(jù),并對(duì)其更改方案提出討論意見。

    This paper presents a practical method of directly measuring diame-ter,taper and generatrix straightness of conical workpiece in precision lathe by sep-arating movement errors of mechanical system. This studying result lay the foundation for solve on-line measuring of conical workpiece.

    本文提出了一種在精密車床上直接測(cè)量錐形工件的直徑、錐度及素線直線度等參數(shù)的實(shí)用方法。該法可通過分離加工機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)誤差,直接測(cè)出有關(guān)參數(shù),從而為解決錐形工件的在線檢測(cè)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
