文章摘要:為了獲得動(dòng)態(tài)性能好、控制精度高的工程機(jī)械發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)加載試驗(yàn)裝置,以測(cè)試發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在變負(fù)荷工況下的輸出特性,構(gòu)建了基于恒壓網(wǎng)絡(luò)二次調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的模型和以預(yù)測(cè)函數(shù)(PFC)為控制算法的新型靜液傳動(dòng)加載裝置,對(duì)其數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行仿真分析,并在所構(gòu)建的恒壓二次調(diào)節(jié)加載試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究。研究結(jié)果表明:加載頻率在3Hz內(nèi)時(shí),所構(gòu)建的試驗(yàn)裝置可完全滿足工程機(jī)械發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的工作要求;轉(zhuǎn)矩幅值控制精度可達(dá)96%,響應(yīng)時(shí)間小于0.08s;與傳統(tǒng)的測(cè)功機(jī)相比,該試驗(yàn)裝置具有較好的動(dòng)態(tài)性能和加載精度,有利于工程機(jī)械發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)性能的進(jìn)一步研究。
Abstr:In order to test the output characteristics of engine under variable load, the construction machinery engine dynamic loading test device with good dynamic performance and high control precision was studied. A new type of hydrostatic transmission load device was constructed based on secondary regulation system of constant pressure network, with the prediction function (PFC) as the control algorithm. Simulation analysis for the mathematical model and experimental research on the secondary regulation loading test bench of constant pressure network were conducted. The results show that when the loading frequency is within 3 Hz, the test device can completely satisfy the requirements work; the accuracy of torqu 0.08 s; compared with and loading precision, dynamic performance. trad whi the construction machinery engine e amplitude control can reach 96% and the response time is less than itional dynamometer, the test device has good dynamic performance ch is helpful for further study on construction machinery engine dynamic performance.
