【摘要】：翻車機(jī)是港口卸煤生產(chǎn)線上的重要設(shè)備，而定位車在翻車機(jī)系統(tǒng)中又起著重要的作用，對(duì)港口的卸煤生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)生重要影響。因此該文章對(duì)卸煤生產(chǎn)線上的定位車進(jìn)行分析和研究，解決其在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的實(shí)際問(wèn)題，具有重要的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 黃驊港一期翻車機(jī)系統(tǒng)是由德國(guó)ThyssenKrupp公司于2001-2003年設(shè)計(jì)制造的。由于長(zhǎng)期高負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)致設(shè)備出現(xiàn)裂縫，以及設(shè)備更新?lián)Q代方面的配套等相關(guān)問(wèn)題，嚴(yán)重影響了翻車機(jī)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的順利完成，因此要對(duì)其進(jìn)行深入的分析并加以改進(jìn)。 論文在對(duì)定位車仰俯機(jī)構(gòu)的工作原理進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)原有仰俯系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析；并通過(guò)機(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)知識(shí)設(shè)計(jì)了新型的運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，對(duì)新機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析，為其后期改造提供了依據(jù)。 針對(duì)原大臂的結(jié)構(gòu)和載荷，，進(jìn)行了靜力學(xué)分析，找出大臂結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱點(diǎn)；針對(duì)新設(shè)計(jì)的大臂進(jìn)行了靜力學(xué)分析，驗(yàn)證新的大臂結(jié)構(gòu)上的安全可靠性。 根據(jù)定位車液壓系統(tǒng)的工作原理，對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析研究，利用軟件對(duì)其進(jìn)行了仿真計(jì)算。找出液壓系統(tǒng)存在的弊端，提出解決方案。
[Abstract]:The dumper is an important equipment in the port coal unloading production line, and the positioning car plays an important role in the dumper system, which has an important impact on the coal unloading production of the port.Therefore, this paper analyzes and studies the positioning vehicle in the coal unloading production line, solves the practical problems in the process of operation, and has important practical application value.Huanghua Port Phase I dump system was designed and manufactured by German ThyssenKrupp Company in 2001-2003.As a result of the long term high load operation resulting in equipment cracks, as well as equipment replacement and other related problems, seriously affected the normal operation of the turning over machine and the smooth completion of production tasks.Therefore, it should be deeply analyzed and improved.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the pitching mechanism of the positioning vehicle, the kinematics analysis of the original pitching system is carried out, and a new type of kinematic mechanism is designed through the knowledge of mechanism, and the kinematics analysis of the new mechanism is carried out.It provides the basis for its later transformation.According to the structure and load of the original arm, the statics analysis is carried out to find out the weakness of the structure of the arm, and the statics analysis of the new designed arm is carried out to verify the safety and reliability of the new structure.According to the working principle of the hydraulic system of the positioning vehicle, the hydraulic system is analyzed and studied, and the software is used to simulate the hydraulic system.Find out the malpractice of hydraulic system and put forward the solution.
