【摘要】：目前，工程機(jī)械呈現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展的狀態(tài)，各方面的技術(shù)都得到了很大的提高，但是在動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)技術(shù)方面，國(guó)內(nèi)工程機(jī)械領(lǐng)域始終沒(méi)有獲得明顯的進(jìn)步。而且，由于技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)薄弱，國(guó)產(chǎn)變速箱存在著很多硬傷，比如換擋時(shí)沖擊嚴(yán)重、變速箱使用壽命不高、振動(dòng)嚴(yán)重等。本文對(duì)工程機(jī)械用的變速箱從結(jié)構(gòu)原理上進(jìn)行了分析，重點(diǎn)對(duì)變速箱控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究，力求尋找總結(jié)出當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)變速箱的換擋控制策略，為實(shí)現(xiàn)變速箱的自動(dòng)控制做初步的理論準(zhǔn)備。 本文分析了變速箱變速控制系統(tǒng)的基本機(jī)構(gòu)和工作原理，對(duì)變速箱換擋的參數(shù)進(jìn)行了匹配，并分析了裝載機(jī)最佳動(dòng)力換擋規(guī)律；其次，分析了變速箱換擋過(guò)程中的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性；再次，提出了變速控制策略，分析了溫度、轉(zhuǎn)速等對(duì)變速的影響；最后將上述結(jié)論應(yīng)用于具體的變速箱的特性控制中。 本文重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容在于確定了變速控制策略，包括變速升壓特性、液力傳遞特性、溫度補(bǔ)償控制、轉(zhuǎn)速控制，開(kāi)發(fā)了相應(yīng)的變速控制軟件；結(jié)合VRT200定軸式變速箱的設(shè)計(jì)、試驗(yàn)及使用狀況，將控制理論應(yīng)用于某機(jī)型變速箱的控制，展示了實(shí)際市場(chǎng)的應(yīng)用情況。 變速箱的變速控制是國(guó)內(nèi)傳動(dòng)技術(shù)的難點(diǎn)之一，只有立足自身，做出屬于中國(guó)的傳動(dòng)技術(shù)，才能使國(guó)內(nèi)的工程機(jī)械獲得更良好的發(fā)展。 本文在對(duì)變速機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行全面的分析之后，，對(duì)變速箱的動(dòng)力傳遞進(jìn)行了初步的理論分析，結(jié)合實(shí)際工況，制定了換擋控制策略及控制軟件。最后對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)出的變速控制系統(tǒng)從實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)試到實(shí)際應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了分析討論，總結(jié)了經(jīng)驗(yàn)并對(duì)下一步工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:At present, construction machinery presents a state of leapfrog development, and the technology in all aspects has been greatly improved, but in the power transmission technology, the domestic construction machinery field has not made any significant progress. Because of the weak technical foundation, there are many hard injuries in domestic gearbox, such as severe impact during gear shift, low service life of gearbox, serious vibration and so on. In this paper, the structural principle of gearbox used in construction machinery is analyzed. In this paper, the gearbox control system is studied in order to find out the gearshift control strategy of domestic gearbox, and to make a preliminary theoretical preparation for the realization of automatic gearbox control. This paper analyzes the basic mechanism and working principle of the gearbox gearshift control system, matches the gearshift parameters of the gearbox, and analyzes the optimal power shift law of the loader. The dynamic characteristics of the gearbox shift process are analyzed. Thirdly, the variable speed control strategy is proposed, and the effects of temperature and speed on the transmission speed are analyzed. Finally, the above conclusions are applied to the specific gearbox characteristic control. The main content of this paper is to determine the variable speed control strategy, including the variable speed boost characteristics, hydraulic transfer characteristics, temperature compensation control, speed control, the development of the corresponding speed control software, combined with the design of the VRT200 fixed axis gearbox, The control theory is applied to the control of a certain type of gearbox, and the application of the actual market is demonstrated. The gearbox transmission control is one of the difficult points in the domestic transmission technology. Only based on itself and making the transmission technology belonging to China can the domestic construction machinery obtain a better development. After a comprehensive analysis of the transmission mechanism, this paper makes a preliminary theoretical analysis of the transmission of the gearbox, combining with the actual working conditions. The shift control strategy and control software are worked out. Finally, the developed variable speed control system is analyzed and discussed from laboratory test to practical application, and the experience is summarized and the future work is prospected.
