【摘要】:塔式起重機(jī)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱塔機(jī))是現(xiàn)代建筑施工中不可或缺的起重設(shè)備之一,其安全運(yùn)行也是施工安全的重要標(biāo)志。隨著施工高度和強(qiáng)度不斷增加,塔機(jī)在使用過程中頻繁出現(xiàn)倒塌、斷臂等機(jī)毀人亡的嚴(yán)重事故。本文針對(duì)多起塔機(jī)事故的進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)多數(shù)塔機(jī)事故是由于結(jié)構(gòu)疲勞破壞而引起的。在此背景下,本文通過分析國內(nèi)外疲勞研究現(xiàn)狀,選用QTZ4510塔機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其進(jìn)行疲勞破壞機(jī)理的研究。主要開展工作如下: 1.對(duì)金屬構(gòu)件的疲勞損傷特性作了理論分析。通過研究疲勞理論,針對(duì)目前研究金屬損傷的理論進(jìn)行了描述,總結(jié)了金屬構(gòu)件的疲勞破壞影響因素。結(jié)合塔機(jī)的實(shí)際工作特點(diǎn),得出了塔機(jī)的疲勞類型。 2.建立塔機(jī)有限元模型。利用ANSYS軟件建立了QTZ4510塔機(jī)的有限元模型,結(jié)合典型工況對(duì)塔機(jī)進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)分析,得到塔機(jī)在此工況下的應(yīng)力分布。并通過超載、模態(tài)分析和諧響應(yīng)分析的方式,確定了塔機(jī)容易出現(xiàn)疲勞破壞危險(xiǎn)的位置。 3.塔機(jī)焊接強(qiáng)度分析。結(jié)合塔機(jī)自身的焊接結(jié)構(gòu)特征,分析了影響塔機(jī)焊接強(qiáng)度的因素,通過對(duì)塔機(jī)事故的調(diào)查,,研究了起重臂和塔身焊接件發(fā)生破壞的原因和位置,并總結(jié)了提高焊接強(qiáng)度的措施。 4.疲勞裂紋分析。通過分析塔機(jī)起重臂受力特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用損傷力學(xué)和斷裂力學(xué)理論對(duì)塔機(jī)疲勞裂紋的形成和擴(kuò)展進(jìn)行分析,確立了塔機(jī)疲勞裂紋總壽命的預(yù)測(cè)方法。
[Abstract]:Tower crane ( hereinafter referred to as tower crane ) is one of the indispensable lifting equipment in modern building construction , and its safe operation is an important sign of construction safety . With the increasing construction height and strength , the tower crane frequently collapses and breaks down . 1 . The fatigue damage characteristic of the metal component is analyzed theoretically . By studying the fatigue theory , the theory of metal damage is described , and the influence factors of the fatigue failure of the metal component are summarized . The fatigue type of the tower crane is obtained by combining the actual working characteristics of the tower crane . 2 . The finite element model of tower crane is established . The finite element model of QTZ4510 tower crane is established by ANSYS software , and the stress distribution of tower crane under this condition is obtained by static analysis of tower crane in combination with typical working conditions . 3 . Analysis of welding strength of tower crane . Combined with the welding characteristics of tower crane itself , the factors influencing the welding strength of tower crane are analyzed . Through investigation of tower crane accident , the cause and location of the damage of boom and tower weldment are studied , and the measures to improve welding strength are summarized . 4 . The fatigue crack analysis is carried out by analyzing the stress characteristics of the heavy arm of the tower crane , and the formation and extension of the fatigue crack of the tower crane are analyzed by using the damage mechanics and the fracture mechanics theory , and the prediction method of the total fatigue crack life of the tower crane is established .
