【摘要】:基于固態(tài)硬盤的RAID-6陣列,在每次數(shù)據(jù)更新時(shí),都需要計(jì)算和寫入校驗(yàn)信息,降低了陣列的性能和縮短了固態(tài)硬盤的使用壽命,該論文提出了一種基于延遲寫入校驗(yàn)信息策略的RAID-6,稱為PRAID-6.在每次數(shù)據(jù)更新時(shí),PRAID-6只計(jì)算部分校驗(yàn)信息,寫入非易失性存儲(chǔ)器P-Cache.在垃圾回收時(shí),將部分校驗(yàn)信息與原校驗(yàn)信息合并,產(chǎn)生新的校驗(yàn)信息,寫入固態(tài)硬盤.通過實(shí)驗(yàn)測試結(jié)果表明PRAID-6的響應(yīng)時(shí)間比RAID-6減少了30%,比RAID-5減少了10%.垃圾回收開銷比RAID-6減少了20%,比RAID-5減少了15%.
