基于容錯技術(shù)的珍珠巖混料系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:工業(yè)自動化過程控制中常使用容錯技術(shù)來提高系統(tǒng)可靠性,但這樣增加額外的制造成本。結(jié)合工程經(jīng)驗與企業(yè)實際,對珍珠巖混料系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵工藝進行冗余設計,同時利用三級故障檢測與分離技術(shù)來定位故障源并設計容錯控制器。通過容錯控制器最大限度保障小故障"在線"修,大故障"離線"修,提高了混料系統(tǒng)的可靠性,同時減少了企業(yè)的成本投入。
[Abstract]:Fault-tolerant technology is often used in industrial automation process control to improve the reliability of the system, but this increases the additional manufacturing cost. Based on the engineering experience and the actual situation of the enterprise, the redundant design of the key technology of perlite mixing system is carried out, and the fault source is located and the fault-tolerant controller is designed by using the three-stage fault detection and separation technology. The reliability of the mixing system is improved and the cost input of the enterprise is reduced by ensuring the "online" repair of the small fault and the "off-line" repair of the big fault to the maximum extent by the fault-tolerant controller.
