基于單片機的多功能皮革性能指標檢測儀開發(fā)

【摘要】:皮革的柔軟性能、豐滿性能、彈性性能,很難采用一種或者兩種力學性能進行完整的描述,本課題開發(fā)一種新型皮革性能指標測試儀,客觀的實現皮革性能指標的測定。該儀器包括機械部系統(tǒng)、運動控制系統(tǒng)以及檢測系統(tǒng)組成。 首先,根據皮革性能指標檢測的運動要求,采用PROE5.0及AutoCAD2007作為設計平臺,完成了該測量系統(tǒng)的本體設計、傳感器夾持裝置設計,為控制系統(tǒng)設計和檢測系統(tǒng)設計提供了載體。 其次,根據皮革性能指標檢測的運動要求,開發(fā)了以STC89C52單片機為控制器,包括Leetro DMD402A步進電機及其驅動器以及精密電控位移臺的運動控制系統(tǒng)。使用Keil uVision2作為程序設計的開發(fā)工具,開發(fā)了控制系統(tǒng)軟件。由單片機發(fā)出脈沖信號PUL對步進電機進行轉角控制,發(fā)出方向信號DIR對步進電機進行方向控制,完成步進電機的正轉與反轉控制以及加減速控制。這些運動用于實現皮革的頂伸性能、壓縮性能、彎曲性能的測試。 之后,完成了檢測系統(tǒng)設計。該系統(tǒng)也包括硬件和應用程序兩個部分。硬件結構組成主要包括單片機及其外圍電路、光柵位移傳感器以及壓力傳感器及與之配套的變送器等。應用程序設計部分利用Keil uVision2作為軟件開發(fā)平臺,實現數據的采集、處理。 最后,完成了上述三個系統(tǒng)的融合,實現了三種不同類型的力學性能的測試,從而為客觀評價皮革綜合性能奠定了基礎。實驗表明,STC89C52單片機用于運動控制系統(tǒng)和數據采集及處理系統(tǒng),具有程序設計便捷,開發(fā)成本低及可操作性強等優(yōu)點,,便于現場檢測要求。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to describe the softness, fullness and elasticity of leather by one or two kinds of mechanical properties. In this paper, a new leather performance index tester is developed to objectively determine the leather performance index. The instrument includes mechanical department system, motion control system and detection system. Firstly, according to the motion requirements of leather performance index detection, PROE5.0 and AutoCAD2007 are used as the design platform to complete the body design of the measurement system and the design of sensor clamping device, which provides a carrier for the design of control system and detection system. Secondly, according to the motion requirements of leather performance index detection, a motion control system based on STC89C52 single chip microcomputer is developed, which includes Leetro DMD402A stepping motor and its driver and precision electric displacement table. Using Keil uVision2 as the development tool of programming, the control system software is developed. The pulse signal PUL is sent out by the single chip microcomputer to control the rotation angle of the stepping motor, the direction signal DIR is sent out to control the direction of the stepping motor, and the forward and reverse control and acceleration and deceleration control of the stepping motor are completed. These movements are used to test the top extension, compression and bending properties of leather. After that, the design of the detection system is completed. The system also includes two parts: hardware and application. The hardware structure mainly includes single chip microcomputer and its peripheral circuit, grating displacement sensor, pressure sensor and the corresponding transmitter. In the application design part, Keil uVision2 is used as the software development platform to collect and process the data. Finally, the fusion of the above three systems is completed, and the tests of three different types of mechanical properties are realized, which lays a foundation for the objective evaluation of the comprehensive properties of leather. The experimental results show that STC89C52 single chip microcomputer is used in motion control system and data acquisition and processing system, which has the advantages of convenient program design, low development cost and strong maneuverability, and is convenient for field detection.
