書籍自動(dòng)翻頁掃描裝置的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為實(shí)現(xiàn)已裝訂成冊(cè)的紙質(zhì)書籍自動(dòng)翻頁,達(dá)到便于閱讀和自動(dòng)掃描的目的,設(shè)計(jì)出了一套能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)連續(xù)翻動(dòng)書頁、掃描輸出電子文檔的裝置.該裝置通過分解、模擬人手翻書的動(dòng)作,利用機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)和控制系統(tǒng)達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)目的.通過樣機(jī)研制表明,該裝置能較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)書籍自動(dòng)翻頁掃描的功能,并且其性能穩(wěn)定,操作簡(jiǎn)單,大大減輕了文印場(chǎng)所書籍翻頁掃描作業(yè)的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,有著重要的實(shí)用價(jià)值.
[Abstract]:In order to realize the automatic page turning of bound paper books, and to achieve the purpose of easy reading and automatic scanning, a set of devices which can continuously flip the pages of books and scan and output electronic documents are designed. The device uses mechanical structure and control system to achieve the design purpose by decomposing and simulating the action of manual book flipping. The development of the prototype shows that the device can realize the function of automatic page turning scanning of books, and its performance is stable and the operation is simple, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the scanning operation of books in the printing place, and has important practical value.
