基于LVDS高速串行總線通信技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)用戶要求,需要將上位機(jī)中在執(zhí)行操作前20ms實(shí)時(shí)控制周期內(nèi)將控制系統(tǒng)期望得到的原始數(shù)據(jù)下傳至下位機(jī)測試系統(tǒng);測試環(huán)境中,上位機(jī)和下位機(jī)測試臺間距需有150~200m,兩者間采用長線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。 傳統(tǒng)的通信方式:如RS-422總線、CAN總線、千兆以太網(wǎng)接口、1553總線等接口均不能滿足要求。為此,本論文提出一種基于LVDS高速串行總線通信技術(shù)來解決該問題。LVDS接口是一種采用極低的電壓擺幅變速差動傳輸數(shù)據(jù)的接口技術(shù),該技術(shù)符合系統(tǒng)對數(shù)據(jù)長距離傳輸?shù)膶?shí)時(shí)性,高速率,高可靠性的要求;此項(xiàng)技術(shù)也具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 本論文完成基于LVDS高速串行總線的硬件印制件的設(shè)計(jì)工作,,結(jié)合VxWorks實(shí)時(shí)操作系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了相關(guān)的驅(qū)動程序,設(shè)計(jì)出通訊距離可達(dá)到200m,通信速率不低于20Mbps,通信協(xié)議和通信速率可通過軟件更改通信專用印制件。并驗(yàn)證該板卡能夠滿足實(shí)際使用要求。
[Abstract]:According to the requirements of the user, it is necessary to transmit the expected original data of the control system to the lower computer test system during the 20ms real-time control cycle before the operation. In the test environment, the distance between the upper computer and the lower computer should be 150 m / 200 m, and the long line data transmission is adopted between them. The traditional communication methods, such as RS-422 bus, CAN bus, Gigabit Ethernet interface, 1553 bus and so on, can not meet the requirements. Therefore, this paper proposes a high speed serial bus communication technology based on LVDS to solve this problem. LVDs interface is an interface technology which adopts very low voltage swing variable speed differential transmission data. This technology meets the requirements of real-time, high speed and high reliability of long distance data transmission. This technology also has a broad application prospect. In this paper, the design of hardware printed parts based on LVDS high-speed serial bus is completed, and the related driver is realized with VxWorks real-time operating system. The communication distance can reach 200m and the communication rate is not less than 20Mbps. The communication protocol and communication rate can be changed by software. And verify that the card can meet the actual requirements.
