接口檢測(cè)及時(shí)域波形分析軟件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:綜合通信系統(tǒng)由主控設(shè)備、轉(zhuǎn)接設(shè)備及多個(gè)終端設(shè)備組成,設(shè)備之間通過(guò)有線電纜相連。該系統(tǒng)接口數(shù)量繁多,主要分為串口、電臺(tái)口及二線口三類。接口的有效性是整個(gè)系統(tǒng)正常工作的基礎(chǔ),保障接口有效性的重要手段是檢測(cè)和測(cè)試。 然而,現(xiàn)存的測(cè)試設(shè)備并不能很好地解決接口檢測(cè)的問(wèn)題。目前,對(duì)接口的檢測(cè)主要采用傳統(tǒng)測(cè)試儀器進(jìn)行人工測(cè)試,測(cè)試手段單一,且傳統(tǒng)儀器使用繁瑣,對(duì)測(cè)試人員專業(yè)要求較高,檢測(cè)周期長(zhǎng),不能快速大量地對(duì)接口進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。 為此,本文設(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)發(fā)了接口測(cè)試儀軟件,針對(duì)綜合通信系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)接口測(cè)試方案,以幀數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)文測(cè)試的方式判斷設(shè)備是否正常工作,若異常,則通過(guò)電壓、電流、波形及頻譜檢查被測(cè)設(shè)備的板卡,定位故障板卡,實(shí)現(xiàn)快速修復(fù)。本文所做主要工作如下: 第一,分析被測(cè)設(shè)備接口報(bào)文及信號(hào),提出接口測(cè)試儀的功能需求和性能指標(biāo),,基于OMAP3530平臺(tái)劃分接口測(cè)試儀的軟件層次及結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)各個(gè)單元間的通信協(xié)議,并規(guī)定單元間通信實(shí)現(xiàn)方式。 第二,分析接口測(cè)試儀的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)文處理算法及信號(hào)處理算法。采用幀數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)試思想對(duì)被測(cè)設(shè)備報(bào)文收發(fā)能力進(jìn)行測(cè)試,采用高速DSP實(shí)現(xiàn)波形數(shù)據(jù)的去抖、濾波及參數(shù)計(jì)算。 第三,整合圖像界面單元和系統(tǒng)控制單元,建立程序完善的配置機(jī)制和控制機(jī)制,簡(jiǎn)化操作流程,達(dá)到對(duì)接口測(cè)試儀控制管理的目的。 第四,通過(guò)實(shí)際測(cè)試及模擬測(cè)試兩種測(cè)試方式對(duì)接口測(cè)試儀的功能進(jìn)行測(cè)試,保證接口測(cè)試儀工作的有效性及可靠性。 本文針對(duì)綜合通信系統(tǒng)中的接口設(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)發(fā)了接口測(cè)試儀軟件,將幀數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)試功能與示波器功能集成在一臺(tái)便攜式小型設(shè)備上。通過(guò)接口測(cè)試儀,能夠快速有效地對(duì)該通信系統(tǒng)中的接口進(jìn)行日常檢測(cè)和維護(hù),簡(jiǎn)化了接口測(cè)試的繁瑣工作,具有良好的軍用價(jià)值,現(xiàn)已投入使用。
[Abstract]:The integrated communication system is composed of main control equipment, switching equipment and several terminal equipment, and the equipment is connected by wired cable. The system has a large number of interfaces, mainly divided into serial port, radio port and second port three categories. The effectiveness of the interface is the basis of the normal work of the whole system, and the important means to ensure the effectiveness of the interface is to detect and test. However, the existing test equipment can not solve the problem of interface detection. At present, the traditional testing instruments are mainly used for manual testing of the interface, the test means are single, and the use of the traditional instruments is tedious, the professional requirements of the testers are high, the detection cycle is long, and the interface can not be detected quickly and extensively. For this reason, this paper designs and develops the interface tester software, designs the interface test scheme for the integrated communication system, and judges whether the equipment is working properly by frame data message test. If it is abnormal, it passes through voltage and current. The waveform and spectrum check the board of the equipment under test, locate the fault card, and realize the rapid repair. The main work of this paper is as follows: first, the interface message and signal of the tested equipment are analyzed, the functional requirements and performance indexes of the interface tester are put forward, and the software hierarchy and structure of the interface tester are divided based on OMAP3530 platform. The communication protocol between each unit of the system is designed, and the realization mode of communication between units is stipulated. Secondly, the key technology of interface tester is analyzed, and the message processing algorithm and signal processing algorithm are designed. The frame data test idea is used to test the message receiving and receiving ability of the equipment under test, and the high speed DSP is used to realize the de-shaking of waveform data and the calculation of filtering and parameters. Thirdly, the image interface unit and the system control unit are integrated, the configuration mechanism and control mechanism of the program are established, the operation flow is simplified, and the purpose of control and management of the interface tester is achieved. Fourth, the function of the interface tester is tested by practical test and simulation test, so as to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the interface tester. In this paper, the interface tester software is designed and developed for the interface of integrated communication system. The frame data test function and oscilloscope function are integrated into a portable small device. Through the interface tester, the interface in the communication system can be detected and maintained quickly and effectively, which simplifies the tedious work of interface testing and has good military value, and has been put into use.
