接口檢測(cè)及時(shí)域波形分析軟件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:The integrated communication system is composed of main control equipment, switching equipment and several terminal equipment, and the equipment is connected by wired cable. The system has a large number of interfaces, mainly divided into serial port, radio port and second port three categories. The effectiveness of the interface is the basis of the normal work of the whole system, and the important means to ensure the effectiveness of the interface is to detect and test. However, the existing test equipment can not solve the problem of interface detection. At present, the traditional testing instruments are mainly used for manual testing of the interface, the test means are single, and the use of the traditional instruments is tedious, the professional requirements of the testers are high, the detection cycle is long, and the interface can not be detected quickly and extensively. For this reason, this paper designs and develops the interface tester software, designs the interface test scheme for the integrated communication system, and judges whether the equipment is working properly by frame data message test. If it is abnormal, it passes through voltage and current. The waveform and spectrum check the board of the equipment under test, locate the fault card, and realize the rapid repair. The main work of this paper is as follows: first, the interface message and signal of the tested equipment are analyzed, the functional requirements and performance indexes of the interface tester are put forward, and the software hierarchy and structure of the interface tester are divided based on OMAP3530 platform. The communication protocol between each unit of the system is designed, and the realization mode of communication between units is stipulated. Secondly, the key technology of interface tester is analyzed, and the message processing algorithm and signal processing algorithm are designed. The frame data test idea is used to test the message receiving and receiving ability of the equipment under test, and the high speed DSP is used to realize the de-shaking of waveform data and the calculation of filtering and parameters. Thirdly, the image interface unit and the system control unit are integrated, the configuration mechanism and control mechanism of the program are established, the operation flow is simplified, and the purpose of control and management of the interface tester is achieved. Fourth, the function of the interface tester is tested by practical test and simulation test, so as to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the interface tester. In this paper, the interface tester software is designed and developed for the interface of integrated communication system. The frame data test function and oscilloscope function are integrated into a portable small device. Through the interface tester, the interface in the communication system can be detected and maintained quickly and effectively, which simplifies the tedious work of interface testing and has good military value, and has been put into use.
