基于ARM的雙電源信號(hào)采集及切換控制技術(shù)

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人民生活的提高,供電的連續(xù)性越來(lái)越重要。為了確保供電的連續(xù)性,許多重要的場(chǎng)合都配備了兩路電源。雙電源自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)能夠有效準(zhǔn)確的實(shí)現(xiàn)兩路電源之間的切換。現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展在很大程度上促進(jìn)了低壓電器整體水平的進(jìn)步,雙電源自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)在低壓電器領(lǐng)域中占有很重要的位置,所以其重要性不斷提高,性能也在不斷的提升,,廣泛的應(yīng)用于各種重要負(fù)荷的場(chǎng)合。 本文在仔細(xì)研究雙電源自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了硬件電路,編寫了軟件程序。本設(shè)計(jì)以ARM芯片S3C2440A為微控制器,在嵌入式Linux系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)上,編寫裝置的驅(qū)動(dòng)程序和應(yīng)用程序,對(duì)供電電源進(jìn)行電壓和頻率信號(hào)采集,并將采集到的結(jié)果顯示在LCD液晶屏上。如果出現(xiàn)故障,微處理器控制切換控制裝置實(shí)現(xiàn)常用電源與備用電源的切換。除此之外,還研究了雙電源自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)的軟硬件抗干擾措施。 本論文設(shè)計(jì)的雙電源信號(hào)采集系統(tǒng),能夠?qū)崟r(shí)準(zhǔn)確地檢測(cè)兩路電源的電壓和頻率信號(hào),并將結(jié)果顯示在液晶屏上,同時(shí)將目前比較先進(jìn)的ARM芯片及嵌入式Linux系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用在本設(shè)計(jì)中,增加了雙電源自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)的可靠性、智能性、高效性,提高了裝置的整體價(jià)值,能夠應(yīng)用于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's life, the continuity of power supply is becoming more and more important. In order to ensure the continuity of power supply, many important occasions are equipped with two power sources. The automatic switching switch of dual power supply can effectively and accurately realize the switching between the two power sources. The continuous development of modern science and technology has promoted the progress of the overall level of low-voltage electrical appliances to a great extent. The automatic switch of double power supply occupies a very important position in the field of low-voltage electrical appliances, so its importance continues to improve. Performance is also constantly improving, widely used in a variety of important load occasions. Based on the careful study of the working principle of double power automatic switching switch, the hardware circuit is designed and the software program is written in this paper. Based on the embedded Linux system, the driver and application program of the device are written to collect the voltage and frequency signals of the power supply, and the collected results are displayed on the LCD screen. If there is a failure, the microprocessor control switching control device realizes the switching between the common power supply and the standby power supply. In addition, the hardware and software anti-interference measures of dual power automatic switching switch are also studied. The dual power supply signal acquisition system designed in this paper can detect the voltage and frequency signals of the two power sources in real time and accurately, and display the results on the LCD screen. At the same time, the advanced ARM chip and embedded Linux system are applied in this design, which increases the reliability, intelligence and efficiency of the double power automatic switch, improves the overall value of the device, and can be applied to the industrial field.
