【摘要】：高等教育人才培養(yǎng)模式需要改變,以適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)人才的需要。現(xiàn)在我國(guó)很多企業(yè)需要應(yīng)用型高級(jí)人才,我國(guó)要求大約600所本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型為應(yīng)用型本科院校,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的職業(yè)能力,提高學(xué)生實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力。在教育轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,計(jì)算機(jī)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域比較廣泛,計(jì)算機(jī)職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)尤其重要,如何提高計(jì)算機(jī)職業(yè)能力,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力,傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方式不能滿足企業(yè)用人的需要,借助于翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的信心教學(xué)模式,用以提升學(xué)生計(jì)算機(jī)職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng),具有一定的研究?jī)r(jià)值,符合現(xiàn)代教育轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,教學(xué)模式改革需要。
[Abstract]:The mode of talent training in higher education needs to be changed to meet the needs of social development. At present, many enterprises in our country need application-oriented advanced talents. About 600 colleges and universities are required to transform into application-oriented colleges and universities in order to cultivate students' professional ability and improve students' practical ability. In the period of educational transformation, the application of computer is more extensive, and the training of computer professional ability is especially important. How to improve the professional ability of computer and cultivate students' practical ability, the traditional teaching method can not meet the needs of enterprise personnel. With the help of the confidence teaching mode of flipping classroom, it is of certain research value to promote the cultivation of students' computer professional ability, which is in line with the needs of the reform of teaching mode in the period of modern education transformation.
