【摘要】：當(dāng)自然災(zāi)害或人為事故發(fā)生并造成大量建筑物坍塌時,往往有受傷人員被困在廢墟之下。要及時展開救援工作,需獲得被困人員所在的位置、周圍環(huán)境以及人員的身體狀況,此時,若能獲得被困人員的視頻信息,許多問題都將迎刃而解。 受工業(yè)內(nèi)窺鏡的啟發(fā),本文設(shè)計了這樣一款內(nèi)窺鏡式的視頻搜救器,它由一根可伸縮的長桿和底部的控制盒組成,長桿頭部裝有一個云臺,云臺上裝有CMOS攝像頭。云臺由兩個電機組成,兩個電機分別按兩個軸向轉(zhuǎn)動,使得攝像頭有較大范圍的視角。底部控制盒中裝有LCD顯示屏,ARM11控制板以及電池。攝像頭所獲取的圖像信息可以直接在顯示屏上進行實時的顯示。通過ARM11中的硬件多媒體編解碼模塊,可將視頻編碼成H.264格式保存至SD卡中,通過硬件解碼,也可將SD卡中所保存的視頻文件進行解碼,并且回放。另外可拍照,將捕捉的畫面保存成JPEG格式的文件,也可方便地進行查看所保存的圖片文件。通過控制盒上的按鍵,可控制云臺的運動。 本文主要的工作包括兩部分：視頻和電機控制軟件的設(shè)計和控制板的硬件電路設(shè)計。 硬件電路部分,選用型號為UT6410的ARM11核心板,它基于三星公司型號為S3C6410的ARM11芯片。設(shè)計了外圍的電源電路、電機控制電路、攝像頭接口電路、LCD接口電路、SD卡接口電路、串口電路設(shè)計,繪制了系統(tǒng)的PCB板、制版和硬件電路的調(diào)試。 軟件部分,基于嵌入式Linux系統(tǒng),在Qt下編寫了程序,其包括視頻實時顯示,視頻編碼存儲,解碼播放,圖片存儲,圖片回放等功能。擁有圖形化的操作界面。為控制電機,編寫了相應(yīng)的驅(qū)動程序以及上層的控制程序。
[Abstract]:When natural disasters or man-made accidents occur and cause a large number of buildings to collapse, injured people are often trapped under the rubble. In order to carry out the rescue work in time, it is necessary to obtain the location, surrounding environment and physical condition of the trapped personnel. At this time, if we can obtain the video information of the trapped people, many problems will be solved. Inspired by the industrial endoscope, this paper designs a video search and rescue device with an inner mirror, which consists of a retractable long rod and a control box at the bottom. The head of the long pole is equipped with a cloud head and a CMOS camera is installed on the head of the long pole. The cloud table is composed of two motors, and the two motors are rotated in two axes respectively, which makes the camera have a wide range of angles. The bottom control box is equipped with LCD display, ARM11 control board and battery. The image information obtained by the camera can be displayed directly on the display screen in real time. Through the hardware multimedia codec module in ARM11, the video can be encoded into H.264 format and stored in SD card. The video files saved in SD card can also be decoded and played back by hardware decoding. In addition, you can take pictures, save the captured images in JPEG format, and view the saved picture files easily. The movement of the head can be controlled by the buttons on the control box. The main work of this paper includes two parts: the design of video and motor control software and the hardware circuit design of control board. Hardware circuit part, select model UT6410 ARM11 core board, it is based on Samsung model S3C6410 ARM11 chip. The peripheral power circuit, motor control circuit, camera interface circuit, LCD interface circuit, SD card interface circuit and serial port circuit are designed. The PCB board, plate making circuit and hardware circuit of the system are drawn. In the software part, based on embedded Linux system, the program is written under Qt, which includes video real-time display, video encoding storage, decoding and playback, picture storage, picture playback and so on. Has a graphical interface. In order to control the motor, the corresponding driver program and the upper control program are programmed.
