多功能打印機(jī)(MFP)系統(tǒng)管理及通信安全研究

【摘要】:在數(shù)碼技術(shù)高速發(fā)展的背景下,在文檔電子化處理、運(yùn)營(yíng)成本的控制、環(huán)保意識(shí)提高等各種訴求下,多功能打印機(jī)孕育而生。伴隨多功能打印機(jī)應(yīng)用普及,與之相關(guān)的安全問(wèn)題也隨之日趨突出。 針對(duì)多功能打印機(jī)在充當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)處理終端和網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)平臺(tái)角色時(shí)所遭遇的安全問(wèn)題,本文展開(kāi)分析并力圖通過(guò)研究彌補(bǔ)和改善其使用過(guò)程中所存在的安全隱患。 首先針對(duì)企業(yè)常見(jiàn)的行政制度和IT環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,闡明一些必要制度和IT管理的缺失將會(huì)給多功能打印機(jī)的使用安全帶來(lái)隱患,并通過(guò)研究來(lái)確定制定針對(duì)多功能打印機(jī)合適的管理制度來(lái)保障可靠運(yùn)行的環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)。 然后基于具體的多功能打印機(jī)型號(hào)作為研究模型,在具體的系統(tǒng)管理、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)方面進(jìn)行分析,,通過(guò)文檔處理方式的合理改變實(shí)現(xiàn)流程優(yōu)化、賬號(hào)權(quán)限分級(jí)和賬號(hào)域管理等方式介入實(shí)現(xiàn)權(quán)限集中統(tǒng)一管理、并通過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)硬盤覆寫、對(duì)稱加密等AES技術(shù)的研究彌補(bǔ)或改善系統(tǒng)硬盤數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)中的泄露隱患。 同時(shí)對(duì)多功能打印機(jī)流經(jīng)文件的傳輸通訊方式進(jìn)行分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)多功能打印機(jī)在經(jīng)常使用到的FTP協(xié)議和SMTP協(xié)議和被用來(lái)遠(yuǎn)程管理的HTTP協(xié)議存在信息泄露存在遭受攻擊的可能,嘗試通過(guò)安全套接層SSL技術(shù)的使用,來(lái)加密相應(yīng)的通訊過(guò)程,保證傳輸過(guò)程中的信息安全可靠。 最后,對(duì)于多功能打印機(jī)正在面臨的各種安全現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)行安全設(shè)計(jì)前后的對(duì)比測(cè)試來(lái)檢驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)是否達(dá)到預(yù)期效果,驗(yàn)證理論成果。 在論文的最后章節(jié)中,根據(jù)真實(shí)客戶多功能打印機(jī)現(xiàn)實(shí)使用情況和未來(lái)的安全期望進(jìn)行分析,找出存在的問(wèn)題,并將前階段研究中行之有效的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用于客戶的實(shí)例中進(jìn)行嘗試。在客戶項(xiàng)目完畢驗(yàn)收時(shí),對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施前后效果進(jìn)行綜合對(duì)比和總結(jié),證明論文中的研究設(shè)計(jì)在使企業(yè)中的多功能打印機(jī)得以更合理應(yīng)用的同時(shí),又能保證不會(huì)成為拖累企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全級(jí)別的新薄弱環(huán)節(jié),同時(shí)經(jīng)其流轉(zhuǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)信息也安全可靠,并且具有理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的可用性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of high-speed development of digital technology, multi-function printer is born under various demands such as electronic document processing, operation cost control, environmental protection awareness and so on. With the popularization of multi-function printer application, the security problems related to it are becoming more and more prominent. In view of the security problems encountered by the multi-function printer when it acts as the data processing terminal and the network service platform, this paper analyzes and tries to make up and improve the security hidden trouble in the process of using the multi-function printer. Firstly, this paper analyzes the common administrative system and IT environment in enterprises, and clarifies that the lack of some necessary system and IT management will bring hidden trouble to the use security of multi-function printer. And through the research to determine the appropriate management system for multi-purpose printer to ensure reliable operation of the environmental basis. Then based on the specific multi-function printer model as the research model, this paper analyzes the specific system management and data storage, and realizes the optimization of the process through the reasonable change of the document processing mode. Through the research of AES technology such as standard hard disk overwriting symmetric encryption and so on make up or improve the leakage hidden trouble in the system hard disk data storage. At the same time, the transmission and communication mode of the multi-function printer through the file is analyzed and studied. It is found that the multi-function printer may be attacked in the common use of the FTP protocol, the SMTP protocol and the HTTP protocol used for remote management. This paper attempts to encrypt the corresponding communication process by using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, so as to ensure the security and reliability of the information in the process of transmission. Finally, the multi-function printer is faced with a variety of security status, the security design before and after the comparative test to verify whether the design has achieved the expected effect, verify the theoretical results. In the final chapter of the paper, according to the real customer multi-function printer actual usage and the future security expectation to carry on the analysis, to find out the existing problem, At the same time, we try to apply the effective design in the previous stage to the customer's example. At the completion of the customer project acceptance, comprehensive comparison and summary of the results before and after the implementation of the whole project proves that the research and design in the paper not only makes the multi-function printer in the enterprise more reasonable application, but also at the same time. It can also ensure that it will not become a new weakness in the network security level of enterprises, and that the data information transferred through it is also safe and reliable, and has the usability of combining theory with practice.
