基于MILP的云計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)中心擴(kuò)張策略優(yōu)化模型

【摘要】:隨著云計(jì)算系統(tǒng)的日益發(fā)展,云服務(wù)提供商需要對(duì)大規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)中心進(jìn)行不斷擴(kuò)張,為此,提出一種基于混合整數(shù)線性規(guī)劃(MILP)的數(shù)據(jù)中心擴(kuò)張策略優(yōu)化模型.綜合考慮了流量負(fù)載、能耗、電力成本、土地成本、稅率、服務(wù)器利用率等多種約束,構(gòu)建MILP模型,在滿足用戶的服務(wù)級(jí)別協(xié)議(SLA)下,求解最優(yōu)擴(kuò)張策略,使服務(wù)商利潤(rùn)最大化.其中,擴(kuò)張策略包括擴(kuò)建現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)中心和在何時(shí)何地新建數(shù)據(jù)中心等措施.仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該模型能夠根據(jù)實(shí)際情況獲得最優(yōu)擴(kuò)張策略,提高了利潤(rùn).
[Abstract]:With the development of cloud computing systems, cloud service providers need to expand large-scale data centers. Therefore, an optimization model of data center expansion strategy based on mixed integer linear programming (MILP) is proposed. Considering the constraints of traffic load, energy consumption, power cost, land cost, tax rate, server utilization ratio and so on, the MILP model is constructed, and the optimal expansion strategy is solved under the service level agreement (SLA). Maximize the profit of the service provider. Among them, the expansion strategy includes expansion of the existing data center and when and where to build the data center and other measures. The simulation results show that the model can obtain the optimal expansion strategy according to the actual situation and improve the profit.
