基于單片機(jī)的自動(dòng)粉刷裝置的設(shè)計(jì)與模擬實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來,隨著人們健康意識(shí)的增強(qiáng),油漆粉刷這類有害健康行業(yè)的機(jī)械化和智能化越來越為人們所注重,許多自動(dòng)油漆粉刷器應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,如汽車自動(dòng)噴漆器等,這類設(shè)備大都針對(duì)的是工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的油漆粉刷,對(duì)于家居裝修這一領(lǐng)域仍存在著空白。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一款用于家居裝修的自動(dòng)粉刷裝置,用于調(diào)配油漆、自動(dòng)進(jìn)行油漆粉刷作業(yè)。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)室模擬調(diào)試,系統(tǒng)基本能實(shí)現(xiàn)這些功能。 本文的硬件設(shè)計(jì)采用了構(gòu)件化的設(shè)計(jì)思想。選用AT89系列的芯片為主控芯片,用戶可以根據(jù)自己的需要選擇硬件接口,降低開發(fā)成本。在設(shè)計(jì)外圍接口電路時(shí),考慮到一些不利環(huán)境因素,利用各種器件做好電路保護(hù)工作,提高抗干擾能力。為了便于多機(jī)管理,本文還加入了nRF905無線電通信模塊,采用無線電通信原理,接收多臺(tái)裝置的異常信號(hào)。軟件設(shè)計(jì)上采用模塊法的設(shè)計(jì)思想。提供簡(jiǎn)易操作界面,力求做到易用性與可靠性的統(tǒng)一。 本文采用亞龍YL-001型機(jī)械手臂進(jìn)行模擬仿真,測(cè)試結(jié)果其功能基本可行,通過測(cè)試改進(jìn),可以投入生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the enhancement of people's health awareness, more and more attention has been paid to the mechanization and intelligence of this kind of harmful industries such as paint painting. Many automatic paint dusters have emerged as the times require, such as auto paint sprayers, and so on. Most of these equipment is aimed at industrial paint painting, for home decoration in this field is still blank. In view of this phenomenon, this paper designs an automatic painting device for home decoration, which is used to mix paint and carry on paint painting work automatically. Through the laboratory simulation debugging, the system can basically achieve these functions. The hardware design of this paper adopts the component-based design idea. The AT89 series chip is chosen as the main control chip, the user can choose the hardware interface according to their own needs, and reduce the development cost. In the design of peripheral interface circuit, considering some unfavorable environmental factors, various devices are used to protect the circuit and improve the ability of anti-interference. In order to facilitate multi-computer management, nRF905 radio communication module is added to receive abnormal signals from several devices by using radio communication principle. The design idea of modular method is adopted in software design. Provides the simple operation interface, strives to achieve the ease of use and the reliability unification. In this paper, the Yalong YL- 001 robot arm is simulated and simulated. The test results are basically feasible and can be put into production through the improvement of the test.
