基于嵌入式系統(tǒng)的旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械故障診斷儀的開(kāi)發(fā)研究
[Abstract]:Rotating machinery plays an important role in all aspects of social production. It is of great practical significance and economic value to establish a regular monitoring and diagnosis for the frequent fault types of various rotating machinery. With the development of embedded technology, portable devices based on embedded technology have been widely used in all aspects of production and life. On the basis of analyzing and studying the present situation of fault diagnosis technology of rotating machinery at home and abroad, this paper aims at monitoring the running status of small and medium-sized rotating machinery equipment in enterprises. A portable rotating machinery fault diagnosis instrument based on embedded system is designed and developed. Based on the analysis of the system requirements, the software and hardware design of the fault diagnosis instrument is completed in this paper. Taking the selected ARM920T processor as the hardware core, the hardware equipment platform is designed and developed for the modules of data acquisition, data storage, display operation and power management. In the design and development of the software system, the software application platform is built on the embedded development board through the configuration, compilation and transplantation of the BootLoader,Linux kernel and the embedded Linux root file system. The driver of ADS8363 A-D converter used in data acquisition module is designed and developed. After completing the above work, the application software running on the software platform is designed and developed in this paper. The application software of the fault diagnosis system is developed with the Qt application software which has excellent cross-platform application performance. It is easy to complete the code writing and interface design of the system application program under the Window system platform, and to complete the cross-compilation and transplantation of the software under the Linux system of the PC machine. In the process of programming, the system is divided into four modules: human-computer interface, data acquisition and storage, signal processing and feature extraction, and KFDA fault identification and analysis. The basic function of the design is realized at the beginning of the design. The program is transplanted and run on the development board with ARM920T processor kernel, and the function of the system is analyzed and verified by using the fault data of the rotor test platform.
