可移動(dòng)小型掃描儀設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:Scanner digital back is a small high precision optical mechanical and electrical integration product, the main role is to carry out image input and digital preservation, it has become a kind of image processing equipment used by many users in today's society, it is widely used in photography, Professional murals, museum cultural relics collection and other areas requiring high precision digital products, at this stage, the development of a cost-effective scanner digital back is very important. This paper comes from the work of developing scanners during graduate school. After understanding the related products at home and abroad and investigating the demand of domestic market, the working principle, technical index, overall structure and strength of the digital back of scanner are analyzed deeply in this paper. Finally, the design idea of the digital back of scanner and the composition of each module are put forward. Through the analysis of the optical imaging, the brief discussion of the mechanical transmission part, the design of the back box and the control part of the box, the design of the back and camera fuselage bayonet, All above have completed the solid modeling of the digital back parts of the scanner by using the three-dimensional software Solidworks. Finally, the static analysis of the deformation of the RB67 fuselage is carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS, and the influence of the deformation on the scanning result is analyzed, and the method of improving the deformation of the fuselage is put forward, which is within the range of the error allowed. The scan results can be accepted by the user, and the design goal can be further achieved, and the accuracy and stability of the equipment can be improved.
