基于達(dá)芬奇平臺的電子警察系統(tǒng)的研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、汽車數(shù)量急劇增加,對交通控制、安全管理的要求也日益提高,運(yùn)用電子信息技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)安全、高效的智能交通成為交通管理的主要發(fā)展方向。在國內(nèi),對于道路上的通過車輛的視頻檢測技術(shù)還處在一個(gè)剛剛起步的階段,和實(shí)際應(yīng)用還有相當(dāng)一段距離。關(guān)于視頻檢測的理論算法并不少見,而如何選擇和使用一個(gè)合適的技術(shù)平臺來發(fā)揮算法的作用,如何對實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況有針對性的進(jìn)行處理則顯得非常有意義。本文則對這方面工作進(jìn)行深入研究。 本文的主要內(nèi)容是研究如何在達(dá)芬奇平臺TMS320DM6467上實(shí)現(xiàn)車牌定位與車牌識別算法的移植和優(yōu)化,以及如何利用達(dá)芬奇平臺構(gòu)建一個(gè)能滿足電子警察要求的嵌入式系統(tǒng)。 本文介紹了幾種不同的車輛檢測手段,簡要分析了基于視頻處理方法的優(yōu)越性。并系統(tǒng)的研究了達(dá)芬奇平臺的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢。詳述了高清電子警察的總體方案設(shè)計(jì)。分別以硬件和軟件兩個(gè)角度來介紹該方案的技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本文的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)在于算法的DSP移植、優(yōu)化以及嵌入式應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)。該課題是一個(gè)多人協(xié)作的大課題,其中以圖像處理算法為最核心的技術(shù),但這一部分不是本文的重點(diǎn)。本文所關(guān)注的是嵌入式系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、算法的DSP移植和優(yōu)化。移植的難點(diǎn)主要體現(xiàn)在雙核處理上,換句話說就是如何將ARM的數(shù)據(jù)源提供給DSP,而DSP的計(jì)算結(jié)果如何為ARM所用。優(yōu)化工作的重點(diǎn)是如何有效的利用達(dá)芬奇平臺的軟硬件資源提高整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的效率。系統(tǒng)的嵌入式應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)是本文的另一個(gè)重點(diǎn),其特點(diǎn)是涉及面廣、工作量大。 我們對優(yōu)化后的嵌入式系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)而全面的測試,完全滿足實(shí)時(shí)要求。采用了通用的消息隊(duì)列機(jī)制進(jìn)行消息的交互,采用ftp機(jī)制進(jìn)行文件數(shù)據(jù)的交互,提供了可擴(kuò)充的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the number of cars increases sharply, and the requirements of traffic control and safety management are also raised day by day. The use of electronic information technology to achieve safety, efficient intelligent transportation has become the main development direction of traffic management. In China, the video detection technology of passing vehicles on the road is still in its infancy, which is still far away from the practical application. The theoretical algorithm of video detection is not uncommon, and how to select and use a suitable technology platform to play the role of the algorithm, how to deal with the actual application is very meaningful. This article carries on the thorough research to this aspect work. The main content of this paper is to study how to realize the transplantation and optimization of license plate location and license plate recognition algorithm on the TMS320DM6467 of Da Vinci platform, and how to use Da Vinci platform to build an embedded system that can meet the requirements of electronic police. In this paper, several different vehicle detection methods are introduced, and the advantages of video processing are briefly analyzed. The characteristics and advantages of Da Vinci platform are studied systematically. The overall scheme design of high-definition electronic police is described in detail. The technical implementation of the scheme is introduced from the two angles of hardware and software. The key technologies of this paper are DSP migration, optimization and embedded application design. This topic is a multi-person cooperation, in which image processing algorithm is the core technology, but this part is not the focus of this paper. This paper focuses on embedded system design, algorithm DSP porting and optimization. In other words, how to provide the data source of ARM to DSP, and how to calculate the result of DSP are used by ARM. The emphasis of the optimization work is how to utilize the software and hardware resources of da Vinci platform effectively to improve the efficiency of the whole system. The embedded application design of the system is another important point of this paper, which is characterized by its wide range and heavy workload. The optimized embedded system has been tested in detail and in a comprehensive way, which fully meets the real-time requirements. The general message queue mechanism is used for message interaction, and the ftp mechanism is used for file data interaction, which provides an extensible standard interface.
