基于QEMU的CPU指令頻度分析

【摘要】:采集計(jì)算機(jī)在不同應(yīng)用環(huán)境下的指令流,并對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)各個(gè)指令使用的頻度進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),對(duì)CPU指令設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化有指導(dǎo)意義。針對(duì)現(xiàn)有指令頻度統(tǒng)計(jì)方法存在的跟蹤效率低、獲取速度慢等問題,提出一種新的指令頻度分析方法。該方法的核心思想是在QEMU模擬器上執(zhí)行用戶行為腳本,利用QEMU插件獲取CPU執(zhí)行的指令流,并利用基于塊的統(tǒng)計(jì)優(yōu)化性能。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法可跟蹤并獲取指令流,能高效地分析出各指令的使用頻度,并直觀地展示分析結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The instruction flow of computer in different application environment is collected, and the frequency of each instruction is counted, which is instructive to the design and optimization of CPU instruction. In order to solve the problems of low tracking efficiency and slow acquisition speed, a new command frequency analysis method is proposed. The core idea of this method is to execute the user behavior script on the QEMU simulator, to obtain the instruction stream executed by CPU by using the QEMU plug-in, and to optimize the performance based on block statistics. The experimental results show that the method can track and obtain instruction flow and can efficiently analyze the frequency of each instruction and display the analysis results directly.
