基于ARM自動上粉機控制系統(tǒng)的研究
[Abstract]:Automatic pulverizing machine is a collection of powder, baking tube in one, for the spiral energy-saving lamp coated with phosphor electromechanical integration equipment. Because the old-fashioned pulverizer has many shortcomings, such as large area of equipment, high cost of equipment, uneven coating, waste of materials, pollution of the environment and so on, the market urgently needs a new type of automatic pulverizing equipment that can overcome these shortcomings. This subject is based on the research and development project of a company in Hangzhou. The main work is to design and develop a new type of automatic pulverizing machine, which can achieve the automation of energy saving lamp tube coating, and realize some special functions. The equipment not only has the characteristics of small area, saving material, uniform powder coating and environmental protection, but also makes the energy saving lamp tube better in quality and lower in cost. The control scheme of embedded ARM9 has greatly reduced the production cost of the equipment. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The mechanical structure, electrical system, coating process and process realization of the existing automatic pulverizing machine are analyzed in detail, and the shortcomings of the existing equipment are found. According to the data information, the control parameters and basic functions of the new equipment are designed. 2. According to the design goal of automatic pulverizing machine, the embedded control scheme based on ARM9 core processor is proposed, and the hardware design of the control system is introduced in detail. 3. LCD display driver, touch screen driver, CAN bus communication, stepper motor driver, sensor data acquisition and analysis, serial port RS-232 communication and so on are completed on LPC2919 platform. 4. According to the analysis result of the existing equipment and the actual demand of the project, the software design of the control system is realized on the basis of the driver, including: the user use module, the date setting module, the decryption module, the interface prompt module. 120 motor state control, data acquisition and processing, machine unlock processing, chip encryption processing and so on. 5. The hardware, software and the whole equipment are debugged, the initial design goal is realized, and the batch production of the product is realized.
