【摘要】：研究了基于"貨到人"的網(wǎng)上書店智能倉庫系統(tǒng)儲位優(yōu)化問題。根據(jù)訂單中兩種圖書出現(xiàn)的次數(shù),定義了兩種圖書之間的關(guān)聯(lián)度,以降低總揀選成本為目標(biāo),建立了基于"貨到人"的智能倉庫系統(tǒng)儲位優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型,并設(shè)計(jì)了求解模型的啟發(fā)式算法。最后,結(jié)合A網(wǎng)上書店的實(shí)際訂單數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了模擬計(jì)算和分析,驗(yàn)證了模型及算法的可行性和有效性。結(jié)果顯示,利用該方法進(jìn)行儲位優(yōu)化后,可以有效降低總揀選成本。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the storage optimization of intelligent warehouse system of online bookshop based on "delivery person". According to the times of appearance of two kinds of books in the order, this paper defines the correlation degree between the two kinds of books, aiming at reducing the total picking cost, sets up a mathematical model of the storage and location optimization of intelligent warehouse system based on "cargo to person". A heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the model. Finally, combined with the actual order data of A online bookstore, the simulation calculation and analysis are carried out, and the feasibility and validity of the model and algorithm are verified. The results show that this method can effectively reduce the total picking cost.
