基于差值和改進TOPSIS的企業(yè)應(yīng)用云計算技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:針對企業(yè)是否適合采納應(yīng)用云計算的問題提出一種新的基于差值和改進TOPSIS的多屬性群決策方法。首先結(jié)合成本和技術(shù)-組織-環(huán)境(TOE)框架提出企業(yè)云計算采納應(yīng)用的評價標準,然后利用平均差和標準差最大化方法確定未知屬性權(quán)重向量,再利用一種改進的逼近理想解(TOPSIS)方法獲取決策者之間的權(quán)重,最后利用語言加權(quán)算術(shù)平均(LWAA)算子對各決策專家給出的偏好信息集結(jié)算出綜合評價值以及上限和下限值,通過比較評價值和上限、下限值決定企業(yè)是否適合采納應(yīng)用云計算技術(shù)。算例分析證明了研究提出的方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:A new multi-attribute group decision making method based on difference and improved TOPSIS is proposed to solve the problem of whether the enterprise is suitable for applying cloud computing. In this paper, the evaluation criteria of enterprise cloud computing application are proposed by combining the cost and technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework, and then the unknown attribute weight vector is determined by the method of maximizing average deviation and standard deviation. Then an improved approximation ideal solution (TOPSIS) method is used to obtain the weights between decision makers. Finally, by using the linguistic weighted arithmetic average (LWAA) operator to aggregate the preference information given by the decision experts, the comprehensive evaluation values, the upper limit and the lower limit values are calculated. By comparing the evaluation value with the upper limit, the lower limit value determines whether the enterprise is suitable to adopt cloud computing technology. The effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by an example.
