一種特殊掃描儀的精密光機(jī)電一體化設(shè)計
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the value of works of art, people pay more and more attention to the digital preservation of precious works of art. Digital cameras and flattop scanners have both advantages and disadvantages for large-format precious works of art that are hard to move. Combining the advantages of digital camera and scanner, this paper designs a special small precision scanner, which is called back scanning, by consulting a large number of related products and documents from abroad. The high-precision digitization of large-format works of art can be realized easily by using this kind of back scanning. In this paper, the research background, significance and research status at home and abroad are briefly described. Combined with related technologies and products at home and abroad, the overall design scheme of optical and electromechanical integration of scanning back is determined. Then, the calculation process of the influence of laser level, laser rangefinder and mechanical structure on the imaging accuracy in the optical system is described in detail. Then, the paper discusses in detail the design process of mechanical structure using SolidWorks2008 software, including ball screw, stepping motor, coupling, guide rail selection and corresponding calculation and checking. After that, the process of static characteristic analysis and modal analysis of transmission structure using ANSYS Workbench12.0 software is described in detail, and the analysis results are checked. Finally, the software system structure, scanning software and its configuration file are introduced.
