EVA熱熔膠膜用于環(huán)氧樹脂類光致聚合物全息存儲(chǔ)卡的制備工藝研究

【摘要】:本文采用EVA熱熔膠膜,制備了一種環(huán)氧樹脂類光致聚合物全息存儲(chǔ)卡,制備工藝簡單。首先對所制備的環(huán)氧樹脂類光致聚合物進(jìn)行了耐高溫試驗(yàn),提出了一種新的全息存儲(chǔ)介質(zhì)制備工藝方法;使用532 nm波長激光對制備的全息存儲(chǔ)卡進(jìn)行了全息特性研究。該全息存儲(chǔ)卡具有耐高溫(≥60℃)、不易劃傷特點(diǎn),衍射效率不低于50%,曝光靈敏度適度,可進(jìn)行角復(fù)用全息存儲(chǔ)。經(jīng)長時(shí)間存放試驗(yàn),得出暗盒存放條件下該全息存儲(chǔ)卡的保存期不少于6個(gè)月的結(jié)果。
