機(jī)房熱管理試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)研究

【摘要】:機(jī)房散熱問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為各IT企業(yè)所關(guān)注的主要問(wèn)題之一,同時(shí)機(jī)房是否以一個(gè)高效節(jié)能的模式工作也是值得關(guān)注的。以往國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究基本上是以仿真和理論為主,,而本文針對(duì)實(shí)際通信機(jī)房搭建了一個(gè)模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)房,開(kāi)發(fā)了與其配套的機(jī)房熱管理試驗(yàn)平臺(tái),并在實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)房基礎(chǔ)上借助于機(jī)房熱管理試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)對(duì)機(jī)房熱環(huán)境進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)與仿真相結(jié)合的深入研究。 本文首先對(duì)試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)做了整體分析,主要介紹了平臺(tái)的功能、結(jié)構(gòu)以及開(kāi)發(fā)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并將平臺(tái)劃分為機(jī)房熱管理監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)和機(jī)房熱管理數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)查詢系統(tǒng)。其次借助LabVIEW軟件對(duì)機(jī)房熱管理監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了開(kāi)發(fā),分析并實(shí)現(xiàn)了監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的主要功能,并對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的主界面進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了平臺(tái)對(duì)機(jī)房環(huán)境實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)的功能。再次利用Java開(kāi)發(fā)工具對(duì)機(jī)房熱管理數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)查詢系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了開(kāi)發(fā),分析了查詢系統(tǒng)的主要功能,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的基本表進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并針對(duì)查詢系統(tǒng)主要功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)與設(shè)計(jì)做了研究,最終開(kāi)發(fā)出了能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)用戶定制查詢的查詢系統(tǒng)。最后基于實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)房對(duì)機(jī)房能源效率評(píng)估方法進(jìn)行了研究,針對(duì)主要的能效評(píng)估方法進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)與仿真研究,并對(duì)機(jī)柜不同布局格式下的機(jī)房能效進(jìn)行了仿真研究,歸納并總結(jié)了一些重要結(jié)論。所完成的工作對(duì)工程上的機(jī)房建設(shè)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The problem of heat dissipation in computer room has become one of the main problems concerned by IT enterprises, and it is also worth paying attention to whether the computer room works in an efficient and energy saving mode. In the past, the research of scholars at home and abroad was basically based on simulation and theory. In this paper, a simulation experimental computer room was built for the actual communication computer room, and a matching computer room thermal management test platform was developed. On the basis of the experimental computer room, the thermal environment of the computer room is studied with the help of the computer room thermal management test platform. In this paper, the whole test platform is analyzed, the function, structure and key technology of the platform are introduced, and the platform is divided into computer room thermal management monitoring system and computer room thermal management database query system. Secondly, the computer room thermal management monitoring system is developed with the help of LabVIEW software, the main functions of the monitoring system are analyzed and realized, and the main interface of the monitoring system is designed, thus realizing the real-time monitoring function of the platform to the computer room environment. Thirdly, the query system of computer room thermal management database is developed by using Java development tool, the main functions of the query system are analyzed, the basic tables of the database are designed, and the realization and design of the main functions of the query system are studied. Finally, a query system is developed to realize customized query. Finally, based on the experimental computer room, the energy efficiency evaluation method of the computer room is studied, and the main energy efficiency assessment methods are studied by experiment and simulation, and the energy efficiency of the machine room under different layout formats is simulated. Some important conclusions are summarized and summarized. The work accomplished has certain guiding significance to the construction of engineering machine room.
